Everytime I come here my order is incorrect, the staff including the management is rude and unapologetic. The manager actually told me I was«worked up over a simple solution» and slapped the pizza sauce on my chicken Parmesan sandwich. I got literally 8 fries with a small fry order(I counted) but he did mane more. Every experience is horrible here. I just hate that there aren’t more around, as I’m from Cincinnati and their penn stations are above average, not below.

waitress added mushrooms instead of green peppers. but it was still delicious. The only time I’ve been to a Penn Station was in St Louis. None are in Chicago sadly. Hands down the best subs ever! Chicken Cordon Bleu is my fav. way better than subway.

This restaurant is the best place I know to get a hot sub sandwich. It is clean and has great staff. It is a wonderful place to go with a great atmosphere. Their monthly specials make for a good meal. My favorite is the club sandwich grilled with their freshly made french fries. The meal is not complete without dessert. A made fresh daily chocolate chunk cookie. It’s about the size of a CD case. On cold days you can ask them to run the cookie through the toster oven. No matter if you are by yourself or with family and friends, Penn Station it the best place for the money.

Forget what you know, the artichoke sandwich is to die for. Add fresh mushrooms & it’ll change your life. Sandwich on.

Refreshing take on a sub place. Their fresh cut fries are usually made to order and they let you salt them yourself, delicious! I’m personally a fan of the kids meal– $ 5 for a 4″ sub, fries and a drink and it’s the perfect amount for a light lunch. I haven’t strayed away from getting the club sandwich grilled, but I don’t know why I would its awesome. The ordering process is a little confusing, I agree with the previous review. And it takes a little longer to make a sandwich then jimmy johns or subway since, for example, the chicken subs start with a raw chicken breast that they grill. Place was clean, staff was friendly. In any case, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a new sub experience!

Enjoy the food here especially the fries and the Reuben. The only reason I don’t go more often is that the prices are way to high. If they intend to compete with Jimmy Johns and Subway down the street they need to lower their prices.

penn station was confusing. this was my first experience at the shop and it was quite the adventure!!! they had three employees working along with the manager. they had no process flow and lacked communication with one another. they switched my girlfriends order with a girl from the party who ordered after us. i blame this on the way they handle the orders. they were totally confused and couldn’t handle the friday afternoon lunch rush.(there were 10 customers) plus i think the kid baking the bread was baked himself. the subs reminded me of quiznos(yuck) and the fresh cut fries were bland. i think if this place wants to survive in the region they best step it up a notch, ie: customer service, employee training and new management. it’s more expensive than subway, jimmy johns and potbelly and worse than all of them.

I recently just discovered Penn Station while going to a nearby Applebees. The restaurant itself is kinda hidden so it is hard to find when your driving by. The franchise is relatively new to the area and I had never heard of it before so I decided to give them a try. I had their Philly Cheese sandwich without the banana peppers. First off the staff was very friendly and very attentive. They have this thing were they ask for your first name to call you when your order is done but then the whole staff calls you by name which is kinda disconcerting but it was a nice touch. The special gives you a sandwich, fresh cut french fries and a drink. you do have an option for freshly made lemonade which I did not take but maybe I’ll try next time. The sandwich itself was decent, it wasn’t the greatest Philly sub I have had better but it wasn’t awful. I am interested in trying out their other subs to compare with Jimmy Johns and Subway. So from my initial visit I would say its pretty standard fast food sub fare and nothing really special, If your in a hurry or looking for something other than Subway you cant go wrong with this place.
