This place is too far for me to consider but for those in this area it’s amazing! They decorate the place with lights of their own (which are in many of my pictures). They have a balcony area (hence the name!) but it’s only inside and is a small little space. It’s good for medium to large parties. There are two stalls in the rr with a light in the largest one (which is good considering one of the overhead lights had gone out). The kitchen is a decent size and the sinks work (or at least one of them does). The tables are a bit wobbly though, so make sure not to put anything crazy heavy on them.

I have been to two small weddings/​receptions here. From what I understood, they offer someone to decorate for you, but you have to find your own servers and bartenders. The decorations were average, nothing too spectacular. It is a large open room, perfect for a small reception. To me it does not seem like it is well managed or taken care of properly. You could tell the floors were dirty and the décor on the windows isn’t cleaned or updated often. The kitchen area was really dirty, with molded «left overs» in the fridge. It’s a shame its not taken care of better, because the building has so much potential!
