Person working was rude. Said he couldn’t work with my budget without even looking at the measurements of my very small kitchen. While looking at slabs his only comment on items I liked were how expensive they were. Since he obviously couldn’t be bothered I left. Found another place that not only wanted to work with me, they came in under budget and took the time to answer all questions.

We purchased granite from Granite Works LLC a few years ago. Recently we decided to update our kitchen cabinets. Granite Works came to our house and gave us a quote of $ 800 to temporarily remove the granite and then reinstall it once the new cabinets were installed. When they (same guys) showed up to remove the granite, they told us it would cost $ 1000. They then said they’d do it for $ 900 but asked for cash. When I called to complain and mentioned that we wouldn’t pay more than the $ 800 we were quoted, Sam condescendingly told me «Ma’am… I’ll have the Owner call your Husband». Ultimately we paid $ 800 but I’d never do business with them again. Quoting $ 800 then asking for $ 1000 and asking for cash — I question their ethics.

Frank helped me narrow down options of color for my kitchen. The beauty of this place is that you can see the slab you are choosing for your remodel. Whereas other places I was told I would have to drive to a separate location.
The guys were in and out rather quickly when installing. I did have a problem where my under mount sink basin was drooping in the middle — allowing water to pass to the cabinet occasionally. I talked to Frank and he was very professional and was able to get out quickly to remedy the problem. It speaks volumes to me when someone not only will have a great product, but will also back up their service as well.

I could not be happier with the new granite kitchen island and vanity that I recently had installed. The selection and quality of granite exceeded my expectations as well as the professionalism from Angelo, Frank and everyone involved. I now have a beautiful piece of Blue Eyes granite on the kitchen island and bathroom vanity that transforms the appearance of the entire condo. I highly recommend Granite Works LLC for any size project.
