Donna’s Custom Flowers

We hired Donna as the florist for our daughter’s wedding. We enjoyed working with Donna and she gave us a lot of helpful direction. Our daughter brought Donna some pictures of arrangements that she liked, and Donna was able to help our daughter pick out the flowers for each arrangement based on these pictures. On the day of the wedding, Donna arrived early to make sure everything was in place for the ceremony and she provided all the vases we needed to keep the bouquets fresh for the whole day. We were very truly impressed and very pleased with everything (i.e., the flowers, bouquets, arrangements, and boutonnieres) that Donna and her team put together for the wedding. In particular, we were amazed by the beautiful and impressive roses and lilies! Regarding price, we thought Donna provided an excellent value for the flowers and service received. We can easily recommend her for consideration by other brides.

Donna is not very professional, and very rude! First of all she sent my daughter a nasty email regarding payment which was intended for someone else, brides have enough stress days before their wedding and they expect to get what they paid for and ordered. The day of the wedding we were shorted corsages for the grandmothers, the brides bouquet was not what was asked for so we had to send it back to have more flowers added, and then she sent the bride an email that day telling her the difference between a cascade and a teardrop, well the contract stated a cascading teardrop even she doesn’t know the difference, the delivery charges were ridiculous so we chose to pick them up ourselves. This was the worst experience with a florist I have ever had!

I have ordered flowers several times from Donna and my wife, who is the penultimate flower nerd after working in a flower shop for years has always been impressed. Don’t just order boring roses when she always stocks such beautiful and exotic ones, and really can impress.
