Signature Inn Muncie

This hotel was disgusting!!! I booked on priceline which is typically very true to star ratings but this hotel listing was a big fat lie. The room smelled of cigar smoke even though it was non-​smoking, the light switches were sticky with an unknown substance, the toilet was OBVIOULSLY not recently cleaned, the carpet has ‘stuff’ sprinkled all over it, the desk surface was dirty and sticky and I found hair on the pillows. I left immediately. The only redeeming quality was the pleasant front desk staff. I later spoke with the manager who told me that he personally inspected the room and found it to be up to his standards. I would hate to see that guy’s house. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more to stay at one of the several other hotels that are within a few blocks of this horrible excuse for a hotel.

Got a great deal on this room via Priceline but wish I’d paid for a quality hotel. The carpet, walls and tub were dirty and the room was in poor repair. The décor is extremely outdated. The walls show signs of mildew and dampness (peeling & discolored wallpaper around bottom of walls).
The hotel offered an ample complimentary breakfast and the desk clerks were friendly.
I wouldn’t stay here of my own accord, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
