Saturday’s

I purchased my wedding gown in Indianapolis, but needed to have alterations done before my wedding in Muncie. Because I live in San Francisco and only made a few trips home during the planning process, it made more sense to have alterations done as close to my wedding venue as possible.
Luckily, Saturday’s was happy to alter my wedding dress, even though I didn’t purchase it from them. Their seamstress is very sweet and efficient, and the alterations looked amazing. The best part is that they were super affordable — especially for someone used to SF prices. I had the bottom of the dress hemmed, the mid-​section brought in around my hips, and small cups added to the bra area, all for just under $ 100. Such a bargain for the quality of work!
Of course I couldn’t help but browse while I was at Saturday’s for my fittings. The store is adorable, lots of dressing rooms and natural light, and they have an impressive collection of bridal gowns, mother of the bride dresses and prom dresses. Plus all the girls who work there are really sweet. I’d recommend this as a stop for any bride in East Central Indiana!
