I don’t know what the below people are talking about. I was there today on my lunch break for the first time. Absolutely the best pedicure I’ve had in Lakeland, they were nice and actually talked and joked with you. My pedicure included leg and foot massage, hot rocks and paraffin wax for $ 23. This is my new place for pedis!

I will NOT be returning to this nail salon! Coming from New Jersey maybe I am used to something different. They seemed very unprofessional. I went in for a gel manicure, they only had about 30 colors to choose from. My old salon must’ve had a hundred! Literally! It would take 15 minutes just to choose a color! Also when she was grinding the old gel off of my nail the was no fan drawing the dust away from my face and for someone with asthma like me I was not happy at all! Pick another salon!!!

They are incredibly rude here if you do not make an appointment, even though they have no sign that says by appointment only. I used to go here as a walk-​in all the time and they were great. Then, I don’t know if they got new management or what, but all of a sudden there’s one woman in particular who gives me attitude every time I walk in there. If they’re busy, she will look at me with a really condescending smile and say «sorry», then tell, not ask, me to come back. Thing is, I am not going to waste my time or my gas leaving and then returning only to wait some more, it doesn’t make sense. Today, I told her I didn’t mind waiting and she basically said, «too bad get out» with that same snotty smile. So if you’re looking for walk-​in don’t bother going here, they are anything but accommodating. Try Paradise Nails or NYC Nails right up the road.

I just went to get my eyebrows wax and the lady there did an amazing job. I was very happy with the service. My eyebrows were done the way I like them. Plus the price is cheaper than other places. I would definitely come back. Very friendly staff by the way.
