This Starbucks has inconsistent quality on their coffee drinks, but just as importantly their drive-through employees frequently have attitude when they take and deliver your order. It is as if waiting on you is a bother. The double bacon sandwich I just got, because they were unapologetically out of grilled cheese, did not have the bacon on the sandwich. It was just thrown in the bag. For ~$ 5 it ought to be on the sandwich. I generally don’t stop at this Starbucks because the one further down the Speedway is so much better. They also have inconsistent quality on the coffee drinks, but they have really, really good customer service.

What can I say, for a Starbucks it’s pretty much what I’d expect. Other than the typical Starbucks amenities, this location is very peaceful as it is laid out in a fashion that provides a quiet atmosphere in the main seating area, away from the coffee bar.

Great drive through and really nice staff. Average Starbucks, but the tear your is very warm and welcoming with couches instead of desks and chairs. Great place to stop in and has a drive through which is great!

I have been going to this Starbucks for 6 years. It is right down the street from my work and home, so the location is incredibly convenient. Over the years, this particular Starbucks has become the worst of the worst. Literally EVERYSINGLETIME I go there, I am given the wrong drink order or the wrong food. I order the same thing every visit and they still cannot get it right. If I ask them to remake it, I am given a look of annoyance with a huge sigh. After 6 years I’d expect at least one person to remember my name or my drink order. If I’m going to spend 8 – 10 $ of my hard earned money at your establishment every day, please, make a little effort. I am always nice, polite and patient with the staff there, regardless of the service I receive, yet they still continue to be rude at every opportunity. My friend frequents this place daily as well and they always remember his name, write it on his cup and are nicer to him(maybe bc he’s a good looking guy?) but they always mess up his orders too. They’re just not consistent and after today’s visit, I’m done. Ill drive an extra five minutes to the other side of Harbour Pointe Blvd to get my coffee from the Starbucks next to the Walgreens. Might I add that I ran into an employee of the 525 Plaza Starbucks at a neighboring Starbucks and when I asked him why he transferred stores, he said that the 525 store was a complete mess with poor management and too much drama. He routinely witnessed colleagues purposely messing up drink orders for customers they did not like. Very telling. Do not waste your money here and make the extra drive to another Starbucks to get your money’s worth.

This is a pretty good Starbucks and it’s the best within a short distance of my residence. I only gave it 3 stars because they lack consistency in their drinks and a few of the people who work the drive-thru don’t have the best customer service skills. However, I will continue to be a patron because I can’t live without coffee or petite vanilla bean scones.

This place deserves a good review and I’m fairly sadden of the bad rating it’s been getting. For the past 2 years, I have been driving up to Mukilteo for work related things and this is the only Starbucks I pass by. Sure, I can stop by one of the little drive thru coffee stands but I like Starbucks. Been here quite a few times, anywhere from 5am to 3pm, and all my visits were pleasant. Staff was friendly, even made some small talk, and my drinks were always made correctly. I order drinks that are simple like a tall brewed coffee with milk to a slightly more demand drink like grande soy veranda misto, 2 pump caramel, 1 pump vanilla. ^_^ They have not messed up any of my orders or gave me an attitude. The drive thru gets pretty packed so I always just walk inside and it is definitely quicker. I think it’s a lot easier to interact with the staff too, plus you don’t burn gas sitting in line while someone is trying to explain their preferred drink into the intercom.

HORRIBLE!!! The girl gave me ATTITUDE at the drive thru window. I called to talk to the store manager and she avoided me for a week. Everyone here looks like they hate their job. The drinks taste like CRAP9 out of 10 times. I will drive to 164th before I go to this one OR the other Harbour Pointe Starbucks. It’s sad that if this store messes up your drink the other drive thru will just make it worse. What’s going on with these stores!!?

I swing through this Starbucks on an average of 4 – 5 times a week, mostly going through the drive through. I have NEVER had bad service here. They always get my drink and food correct, it tastes the same way every time and they usually are fast. On occasion when I’ve been waiting a longer then normal wait– they always apologize and give me my order for free. I have had no communication issues with their drive through ordering(as other review has stated) and the only problem I have run into is that I dislike to roll my window down when it is raining like crazy outside! The staff inside at the counter and in the drive through always smile, strike up a conversation and tell me to have a good day!

I go to this Starbucks several times a week but today was my last time. Every. Single. Time. I go through the drive thru I have to repeat my order 3 – 4 times but today I snapped and projected my voice loud enough to startle the dumbass not paying attention and caught totally unaware when she ask me to repeat it again. For doing this I received a cup of coffee that almost made me puke after the first small sip. It was rancid and so burnt my car still stinks 9 hours later. Pure awfulness. I immediately turned around and took it back. The girls seemed a little leery when I slammed open the door and slammed the crap on the counter. Starbucks clearly needs to do some training here. Stop screwing around giggling with each other when you are trying to take an order and you might be able to hear the customer. I’m sure I will not be the last person to come back with a serious attitude if this type of behavior continues. We thought this would be our local hangout for coffee and a pastry like we had in San Diego since it’s right around the corner from home but sadly no. I’ll drive out of my way to find another location with better service and competent employees.

I love this starbucks! I visit many and this is my favorite. Nelson has been there for a few years and is my favorite barista, along with Beth. They always have friendly welcoming words and are patient when my little ones are placing an order. I am sure to get a great cup of coffee here too!
