Getting five stars for the newer items on the menu. I go and get the pulled pork tots, and peanut butter burger now, and it’s very good. I added the calamari to the order last time with a friend that is a food lover, they agreed the calamari was one of the better ones they’d had in awhile. Love the beer, and the ability to toss the peanut shells on the floor is my kinda place. Food has always been good, but it’s gotten better sense the remodel a few years back. Servers are friendly and patient, and seem to know the beer and have suggestions to what I like. It’s nice also because you can eat then walk around or walk around then come and eat… can’t beat the Mukilteo scene with the beach and views. Down side is the parking sucks. But its worth it because normally I’m there walking around so it makes no difference.

I have been coming to the diamond knot for over 8 years now. The food, beer and service are second to none. I’m loyal to the industrial IPA, BEER:30 menu and Brittney Graff who has been a constant representative of this great establishment. Thanks Diamond knot, Sheena, Katie, Chris, and the newbs… cheers!

Came here Saturday night and we had a party of 10 with no reservation and we’re seated within 10 minutes. I’m personally not a fan of beer but they did have a cider available and it was amazing. I ended up ordering 2. I got the blackened salmon burger with tater tots and it was so good. Ate every last bite. our servers were really nice and we got our food within 15 minutes of ordering. I definitely will be back to try other items. My only complaint is I almost fell on the peanut shells all over the floor.

Awesome brews, cool peeps, great service We will keep going to this one! Good variety on the menu, even for kids The only issue is the parking situation but I know they are trying to work with city officials on that one

This used to be my favorite restaurant when i moved into everett. I swore that if my friends were in town that i would take them to this place first. But recently, since expanding into a franchise, the food quality went down. Idk was in charge of making the decision sacrificing food quality to optimize profit since their beer is pretty terrible, but this definitely dropped off my list in the top ten restaurants.

Diamond Knot always satisfies. Fresh local craft beer, good hearty bar food, and friendly people. What’s not to like? The service is good and usually very fast. For ferry travelers, locals, and visitors this is a go-to spot. The IPA is citrusy, light, and floral. If you like fresh beers, this is your place.

The food was o.k. — nothing special — typical bar food. Wish they had more fresh fish options. If so, this would definitely set this place apart from the rest. Located on the water and right next to a lighthouse– fresh fish on the grill with a gentle rub and lemon with fresh veggies = a Homerun! Rethink the strategy! Will compliment the staff — they were very friendly and the place had a great atmosphere!

Eh. Just ok. My boyfriend had a steak with prawns. At $ 1 each(on top of price for steak dinner), the prawns were tiny! The steak was equally as tiny. Not worth the price. Would have been nice to understand that we are essentially cooking the steak, veggies, and prawns on our own. I had the steak dip. Not much flavor. In this seat yourself environment, we sat ourselves and as soon as our drinks came, we were asked to move to accommodate a larger party. We did get glasses of water to go with our meals… when we were done eating.

Today we went to this restaurant for Mothers Day. We had the most wonderful waitress. She was friendly and attentive. The food was ok. Of the four of us. One person said the food was Very good. She ordered a salmon Caesar. My younger daughter ordered a chicken Caesar. The chicken was extremely dry. I ordered a pork scramble with a Sw twist. The pork was not flavorful and the hash browns weren’t browned all the way and tasted mushy. My fiancé said his omelette was just ok. I know it was a super busy day today being a holiday. So maybe the food is usually better. We saw some fantastic looking burgers and fish being served. The Putaine was very good if you are a fan of it. I wish I could make my review two and a half stars, because the waitress was great.

I went here as part of a large group. It was clean and well setup. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and happy to answer questions. Given that we had such a large party(30+), the service was really great! All food and drinks prepared quickly and accurately. Their Poutine was fantastic! The seasoned fries really added to the great flavor of the gravy. I had the pulled pork burger which was very good. Pork was well cooked and it had a tasty BBQ sauce though I’d have preferred a bit more sauce. The cheesesteak sandwiches were a bit of a surprise. They bring it out to you raw with a VERY hot stone so that you can cook it right at your table to your liking. It looked like a very fun experience and folks that ordered it said that it was very tasty. Overall, a very good experience. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in the area.

This place is always a fun time for me. The atmosphere is welcoming and has a chill vibe to it. The other patrons there are friendly, and so is the staff. The drink choices are superb and usually come out pretty quick after ordering. The food is delicious as well, pretty much what you’d expect from a brewery. I do want to say that the staff went above and beyond when they emailed me a copy of the receipt after forgetting it at he restaurant(I needed it since it was a purchase for work). It’s definitely a fave, and I will most definitely be back.

Food is so so – Beer was served in a warm glass straight from the dishwasher – Parking is a huge challenge – So I’m going to wait some if we come back or not.

Returned this year(2016). Visited on a Friday evenng. The bar was very loud – and tables filled by 6:30. Many were apps and drinks only– mostly young groups. Did I mention it was loud? — so loud you had to shout to talk to the person next to you. We ordered burgers – they were blah, meh, and nothing special. Like a frozen burger from a box with cheese slice slapped on top. Husband did not want the onion cheese bun, and the substitute bun was stale – like it had been sitting around the kitchen unwrapped all week. The server was pleasant, but inattentive. Took forever to get beers/refills — and for the price, these should be served in a more timely manner. Parking is an even bigger nightmare this year, with these machines that make it very challenging to retrieve your credit card! Cost is $ 2/hour. We were looking forward to our return, because we enjoyed it so last year. This year, we felt we did not receive value for the cost paid. Arnie’s has a better view, the burger could not possibly be worse than the uninspired ones we were served at the Diamond Knot and they have free parking — suggest the other side of the street.

Stopped by to get a bite. There is two entrances, one bar side the other food side. However you can go to either side when your inside. The waitress was friendly and eager to give recommendations. My food was delicious, however the pizza looked better.

Came with a group of friends while on vacation to Seattle. The place had peanut shells everywhere which I thought was cool but dirty. I’ve never been to a bar that lets you toss shells everywhere so I thought it was a neat thing even though I almost slipped walking back from the ladies room. I was to shy about tossing my shells onto the floor so I kept them on the table just to me nice. :) The staffs are friendly and helpful. I wanted something ale and was suggested a cranberry ale.(I think that was the name) Of course it was tasty and full of alcohol cause I turned bright red.(have the Asian glow in me) This place was great. It was something different and to learn that the beer was brewed there made it even better! Oh, the ice cream bar that in inside made the play even a bigger hit for me! Just because I love ice cream and whole doesn’t love eating ice cream after a tasty beer?!? The huckleberry ice cream was tasty but too too sweet for me. Overall, you should find this place and make a stop.

Pretty decent place if you want to have pizza and beer. They make their own beer and the first time I went here we ordered a flight with at least 3 of the beers being impressive to us. A year and many craft breweries later I’d put their beer at a solid 3 stars. Nothing impressive but it’s not Bud either so most people will enjoy it. The reason I still go here though is the Hot Rock entrees. They bring out a stone heated to 800 degrees and the ingredients and you cook it yourself. Yes, it’s gimmicky and you’re going to a restaurant and still have to cook your own lunch but the flavor is great and it makes a good conversation point. I thought I’d add that Diamond Knot got into the pizza business because they bought out Riley’s Pizza up the hill, attempted to run it and then finally shut it down. The Mukilteo Landing location now makes pizza but I’m not sure I’m as impressed as the old Riley’s pizzas.

I still like this place but their breakfast blows big time. The breakfast burrito is horrible. The description says its topped w cheese and baked until hot and bubbly. The cheese isn’t even melted and is still in squares. The breakfast sliders, you cant mix up. It says choice of meat but turns out you have to have the same meat on all three. The waiter said its because the«kitchen is jerks»! Well ok then. Anyway, com here for lunch and dinner, breakfast is a failure.

Limited free parking can be found in front of the restaurant. Further parking can be found in the marina parking lot. Parking is limited to 4 hours and the cost is $ 2 per hour. Visa is an accepted form of payment for parking. Happy hour is offered daily from 2:30−6pm then again from 10pm-close. Happy hour is offered in the lounge as well as the family dining area. In the lounge, complimentary peanuts are offered. It’s fun to shell your peanuts and toss the shells on the floor. My wife and I each ordered a couple glasses(20oz) of their Brown and ESB for $ 4.29(hh). We then moved into the family dining area for a birthday party. Large parties can be accommodated. Tabs were easily split without the addition of automatic gratuity due to large parties. Discover is an accepted form of payment. We started out with the Thin Crust Margherita for $ 8(hh): tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil. The pizza had about 8 slices so plenty to share as an appetizer. For our meal, my wife and I ordered and shared the Galley Fish Burger for $ 9.50(hh): thick, center cut, hand breaded Alaskan cod along with homemade tartar sauce, red onions, lettuce, tomatoes & cheddar cheese. Served with fries or tots and half of a pickle. Neither one of us were impressed with our burger choice. The bun overwhelmed the mild fish. We would not order the fish burger again. Our server was chummy and efficient. Thank you Knot for helping assist in a great birthday gathering.

One of the«must have seen«places :) located directly at the waterfront of Mukilteo(too bad, that they have only inside seating). Place has been refurbished a year ago but hasn´t lost any of its charme. Before entering the Diamont Knot, you have decide which door to take: right side is the restaurant, left hand side the bar. They have a merchandize shop as well. I do prefer the bar because of its nice and rustique athmosphere. You will get a pot of peanuts as a starter and can drop the peel to the floor. In the rear area you can see the brewery behind windows. Server are simply great and food can not be topped!!! Just perferct burgers and good american style dishes. Their speciality are hot stone meals, which you can prepare on your own and cook it to your needs — simply great. Beer is amazing, I love all the IPA´s and Pale Ales. Even the Hefe Weizen which I typically not like so much in the States is not bad. I like the place so much, that I have booked on my next bussines trip a hote´l in Mukilteo!!! : Cheers
