Best Cleaners

I’ve always received great service at this place. I don’t want to give a bad review because of one incident, but I cannot let it go because somebody in that business screwed up.
I’ve had a knee-​length, wool jacket for a long time, and I know for sure that there were leather-​like (faux leather) patches on both of my sleeves. After I had the jacket dry cleaned, I picked it up and realized that the faux leather on both of the sleeves were missing!!! The patches were completely gone, and the only thing left was the lining underneath the patches. I complained to the store, but they dismissed my concern since the label on the jacket does not mention leather or faux-​leather. What are we supposed to do? Are we supposed to take pictures of the clothes before we drop it off?
I know there was a leather-​like fabric on this jacket! As a matter of fact, there was a very tiny piece of the leather-​like fabric still attached at the seams inside of the sleeve, and it clearly shows signs of being cut. They told me to take it back to the store where I bought it. I bought it more than 5 years ago! What do they want me to do — go to the store and lie? Their advice made absolutely no sense.
I wish they would take me more seriously and just admit that they altered my jacket. Don’t pretend like nothing happened, or say that I am lying! I don’t want any money, I just want them to fix my jacket back to the way it was before they ruined it, since they also do alterations.

It’s hard for me to give this place 3 stars and a bad review. the lady who works the counter is very nice and I have had some good experiences here.
Alterations — I’ve had 3 paris of men’s pants altered here. Can’t remember the price but between 10 – 20. I am satisfied with the quality. Just expect it to take 3 days minimum.
Dry cleaning — Dropped off a shirt and pants on Monday. They told me it will be ready Friday afternoon. I thought this was ridiculous. I said it’s fine since it is close to work and I am not in a rush. Go in on Friday at 5:30 and they said their truck hasn’t arrived.
If you go to this place, just make sure you don’t need your stuff back quickly.

This an update from my last post… had to go back to the cleaners because the shirts that were dry cleaned were faded after being cleaned and had at least two cracked buttons per shirt. The lady did not want to help fix the problem saying that this happened from washing the shirts… I never wash work shirts at home. So I’m being accused of there chappy job because they don’t want to fix the shirts. Now I have to go buy new work shirts… don’t waste your time here… horrible service !!!

I had some shirts and pants cleaned, the lady and the front was very pleasant. Took my clothes, told me a date and time to pick them up. So I did and not all the clothes were clean they missed a spot on a shirt and a pair of the pants, she said they will be done tomorrow at the same time, showed up the next day. The pants were done shirt wasn’t there yet, no big deal it is what it is, she asked where I lived so she could drop the shirt off at my house. I thought that was pretty awesome! I will definitely go there again, they were really nice! Couldn’t be happier with what happened at that place! And it wasn’t that expensive, good price and she dropped it off, I don’t normally have that kind of luck with places at all! Thank you guys for your awesome service!

Great dry cleaning service! The gal who is usually at the front is very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean as well. Prices are excellent and the lowest of any cleaners that I have found in the area. Clothes were cleaned and pressed in a timely manner and to exact specs. I would highly recommend using Best Cleaners.

I’m kinda in love w/​my cleaners :-) I sent my sister here to have her future hubby’s suit altered for their wedding (this sat. Don’t ask) the owner was gracious enough to stay open late to take his measurements and have it ready by tomorrow evening … What !!! Words can’t even explain my gratitude for this business. Amazing dry cleaners and quick. They are friendly and the place is really clean. I will be back. My shirts look great by the way!

This is one of the best cleaners I’ve found. They are reasonably priced, timely, and friendly. I’ve taken multiple loads of dry cleaning to them and have yet to be disappointed! They have successfully gotten stains out of many of my business shirts as well as cleaned my boyfriend’s shirts to look like new. They don’t over-​starch, either. They do a fabulous job! We took my boyfriend’s fleece Northface to be cleaned, which had dog hair and lint on it which we couldn’t get off with a roller. The woman spent hours cleaning it and when we got it back it looked like new! It was unbelievable! I will most definitely continue to use this cleaners! I have a few things I need altered as well and plan to update my review after. Stay tuned!
