Matters on what is important to you. For me, communication is critical for a positive experience when hiring someone from the outside to do work in a home. The work was done well and they were quite pleasant when coming to my place to look at the problem and talk up their company. However, once they got the first 50%, the horrible experience began.
Communication was poor, inconsistent, and reactive. I was not told when I could go back into my house (chemicals are not good to breath in, was told to stay out until told to go back in), I was not told why the drying machines were there longer then planned, I was not told when the project was completed and the company lost my keys which were replaced by a company they wanted to use. So yes, it was expensive to replace three locks, however they chose the company to do the job. Also, I was told multiple times by multiple people, Jeremy and Jessica, I would be given an immediate call back. Guess what, I am still waiting for those phone calls.
If you are ok with a company that works well and efficiently however, at least in my experience, keeps you in the dark once they enter your home, I would recommend Advantaclean. However, if you want to be kept in the loop like we do, I would look somewhere else.
