Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

This place is a huge rip off .they are independently owned and make their own rules. i bought a phone when my contract was up .the phone was a piece of junk three days later i returned it i actually liked the phone it just died way too fast. they sent me another phone the same one. it also died way too fast so i decided i didnt want that kind of phone i returned it to the store and they ordered me a different phone as, they was, setting it up all a sudden the guy said to me that i couldn’t have this phone i had to keep the shitty one i had bc their policy all of a sudden changed and after 10 days you had to keep the phone. i called verizon they said id have to get out of contract for $ 300 i had to get a used phone i wasmt allowed a new one so i got out of contract paid the $ 300 six months later i got a letter from verizon zone to pay another $ 300 for the phone i didnt want after i already paid for the piece of shit .so basically i paid $ 675 for a used phone i didnt want .that was, also a new policy they change policys anytime they want in order to rip you off. Id never use this place again
