I have been to this store twice now and both times has been great. Matt is so knowledgeable about everything mattresses. The customer service is above and beyond great. I would highly recommend this specific store to anybody I know. Great job to them.

I have been let down twice in my life by mattresses from Steinhafels and Verlo and really didn’t want to come into Mattressfirm to begin with. I was fearing the same let down. Matt the manager and Jay were soo focused on finding the RIGHT mattress for me it felt like I was dealing with friends. They actually listened to my issues and addressed all of them. They made me laugh and even let me get a massage in their massage chair!!! I’m in sales and would love to have either one of them working for me! If you want to be taken care of by people who ACTUALLY care about you Matt and Jay are amazing! If they can’t get you into the right mattress noone can. It doesn’t hurt that their guarantees on prices and comfort gave me soo much more piece of mind than any of their competition ever will. Thanks Matt and Jay… I’ll be sending every one I know over there!!!
