I love Ross because they always seem to have great deals when you can find your size. This was my first time shopping at this particular location and it was easy to find, had plenty of parking, and seemed to be staffed with friendly employees. The selection seemed VERY limited and the store was not bright or encouraging to stay and shop. W came for a specific item, a dress shirt for my teenage son. We found one easily enough and of course the price was right! Our cashier was friendly and we were checked out quickly. FYI this location does not offer military discounts.

Ross isn’t the best store– the customer service is okay, the layout isn’t great, the lighting is pretty dim, and it always seems a bit messy. That being said– they have some awesome deals– where else can you find a new Calvin Klein dress for less than $ 40?
The merchandise here is hit or miss– but that’s pretty common with all Ross stores. Somedays you’ll go in and walk out with bags full, other days you won’t find a single thing you like.
They have tons of selection. Clothing and shoes for men, women, teens and children, kitchen goods, home décor, candies, sheets, and so much more depending on the day. They even have treats and accessories for your pets!
Ross carries some great brands, a few of my favorites include Calvin Klein and Sperry.
When you know what you want, or are just looking for a good deal– Ross is a great place to go.

Bad experience! Customer service is everything! They had Zero! Two people at check out and one was doing a return!!! I waited 18 minutes in line with one thing and missed my workout class! I went there for my niece other wise I would of split after 10! Three employees were chatting not caring how long the line was getting! A women 4 behind me started asking them if they could ring and they giggled at her when she asked for the manager they total ignored her! I’ll be shopping at Burlington coat factory from now on!

I really dislike this ross their selection is terrible. A couple years back they had something going for them but they just keep going downhill. All the clothes seem so bland and old-​ladyish. They have MANY shirts with corny floral and paisley patterns and the skirts all look the same. Most of the racks have nothing but cheap material clothing on them, and the shoes seem to never sell. They only thing that is some what nice about this place is the watches and jewelry they have on display but they do not have much of it. If you like floral shirts and ugly dresses go right ahead they have it.
