I had read the positive reviews and was expecting a positive experience. I called and texted John. We made an appointment to have my wood burning stove cleaned. He came over and said he didn’t think it needed cleaning. I said well it’s been a few years so I’ll pay to have it cleaned anyway. He said he didn’t have time now. Well why did I schedule an appointment and wait around. He knew he was coming to clean the wood burning stove. Since then I’ve tried to contact him 4 times but I can’t pin him down to come. I guess he didn’t just want the $ 110 to clean the wood burning stove.
