TERRIBLE customer service. I have never experienced an associate that was so short, unwelcoming, and curt as I have this morning. I was made to feel about 3 inches tall when trying to tan for a session. I was in for a wedding and had been tanning regularly up until my attempt this morning. I was told I could not go any longer than her recommendation because she would lose her job and then told «well you won’t get any tanner from one session anyway.» This is the point that I walked out. Regardless of our thoughts on my one tanning session, I am a customer trying to pay for a service to which you claim to provide. I will not be back to any Tan City Salons because of this experience.
