Pricey but decent food. Some of the servers are wads but most are not bad. Sushi is fresh, I guess that’s all that matters!

Disappointed to say the least. Used to be my favorite place. It seems it has gone down hill with cleanliness. Our silverware was dirty, both sets, one had dried on rice stuck on it. A fly on the rim of my beer as it was brought out, I immediately told her and she took it back immediately and said it was last nights bartender who left fruit juice out and it attracted them. Our date night was spent making sure the food was okay. I know things happen, but when we have only a couple date nights a year, I like them to be enjoyable. We weren’t even offered a beer credit. Nothing. Won’t go back. ***Addon 1⁄7 I found out yesterday my mother also had a bug in her lettuce wraps, and emailed to let them know what had happened. We both have emailed the contact email regarding this issue, I having no knowledge of her experience until yesterday, and we both have had ZERO contact regarding this bad service. We will not return to Fulins at any location.

Nice environment, the bartender«Jason» could use some assistance with his people skills. But I must remind myself that there is a reason why guys like this are working low wage positions. That kind of soured my attitude. Sushi was delicious. And delivered quickly. I overall really like Fulins, particularly the Spring Hill location.

Had a great experience here! The prices were great and the service was excellent. We didn’t have to wait very long from the time we put our orders in to the time our food got to the table. We had our 3 year old with us and got his meal within 10 minutes of the order. I ordered the combo Lo-mein and enjoyed every bite of it! Would definitely come back here!

This was our first visit here, & I was quite impressed. The first thing that stands out was the timing. We ordered our drinks & kid dinner first, and they were all brought out almost immediately. The soups & salad were just as quick. Almost the instant the soups were finished & set aside, our entrees arrived. It really was all excellently timed with very little lag. The hot & sour soup was fantastic, spicy enough to meet expectations but not too much. The pad Thai was also tasty, and the portion was big enough for leftovers. Also had the seaweed salad, one of the best I’ve had.

This is our«go to» spot for sushi and Asian food in Mt Juliet. We could eat here once a week(and typically do). Give their orange chicken a try, nice sized portions and the level of consistency is always on point.

I was in the neighborhood for a lunch meeting and upon learning of my love of sushi suggested this place. It was perfect. The hostess was pleasant and the waitress was quick, knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. But that’s not why you go to Fulin’s. I had one of the lunch plate specials, sashimi I think. I upgraded to the seaweed salad which was fabulous-perhaps the best I’ve ever had. The miso was good, and the plate of sashimi was outstanding. This is authentic, Japanese style sashimi. It’s not the thin slice of fish on a big lump of rice like most round-eyes associate with sushi. This is a plate of thick slices of various fish. I ate every piece, even the ones I couldn’t identify. They were all good. The wasabi was great. Everything was great, except that I wanted to order three more servings of the plate, and that would have embarrassed my colleagues. Go to Fulin’s if you like sushi.

It’s ok if you need Chinese food in a pinch. Service was prompt and courteous. Price was a bit on the high side and portions small. I have been to this one in the past and wasn’t crazy about. I thought I would give it another shot.

The food is pretty good here. The also here is confusing. The vacuums stores right out in the open and it seems like the out families with small children throughout the restaurant. It seems like I dining in a nursery half the time. They have a side room — I don’t understand why they don’t have them sit there to let other diners have a bit more atmosphere. Now– before anyone tells me that I hate kids — I don’t. I have 4 of my own and now a grand child.

Not bad, not good service mediocre I ate mine but was dreaming of pf Chang’s frozen dinner i had left in freezer and regretting the trip. Someone nearby was having a dish that looked great. I’ve been to the Hendersonville location and it was a similar experience just less crowded

Meh. It was okay. Typical asian food, just larger portions and higher prices. It seemed very Americanized, and very corporate. Not many Asian inspired cocktails, they had a Hurricane and Mai Tai on the menu. I guess its whatever the owner likes, not what goes with the food. Wine list is unimpressive. Food tasted good though! Just not the ambiance I wanted or expected. Will probably go back for take-out.

Not so great. The inside atmosphere is less nice than the outside suggests, tables and chairs were sticky and beat up. My meal(shrimp with lobster sauce lunch) was tasty but lukewarm. The place was really understaffed, we had to eat our whole meal without drinks as it took close to ten minutes to get a refill. Our waitress was nice and we felt bad she had so little help! Overall this experience was underwhelming and we won’t come again.

We have still to find good Asian food in Nashville. This place wasn’t it. The food was mediocre. Platters had more veggies than meat. The sushi was okay and unexceptional. The service was no better. There was a bug in my wife’s martini. We sent it back. The bartender gave is dirty looks like it was our fault she kept an unclean bar. Altogether this place was wonderfully average.

I’ve been to Fulin’s at different locations before, but at this location, my experience wasn’t all that. I went on a Sunday evening and I had a party of 4. It wasn’t busy at all there were maybe 5 tables at that time. The booth we got was so small & the table wasn’t very clean. The menu’s were flthy. They were really sticky and had stuff on it. The food took forever. I probably won’t be going back to this location.

Best chinese food in Nashville(er, Mt Juliet). Lunch menu is $ 8/dish and totally worth it. Portions are huge, service and food are excellent. Can’t go wrong with the bean curd & vegetables or any of the chicken dishes. Spicy dishes can have a kick depending on who’s cooking. They often run groupons.

Wasn’t the best or the worst. Between three people we ordered sesame chicken, both a Philadelphia and unagi roll, and a sauteed mixed vegetable roll. The mixed vegetables and Philly roll we’re good, but the unagi tasted a little off compared to other unagi I’ve had in the past. The sesame chicken was basic — a little to sweet for my taste. The service otherwise was good, and I’d go back — maybe just order something different.

Ate here for the first time a few days ago with my husband and two young boys. Atmosphere was ok, waitress was super sweet but took awhile to come back and check on us. Seats and table were dirty when we were seated and the hostess ran off before we could request for it to be cleaned… The chicken dumplings were awesome! And my kids and I ordered simple chicken dishes, everything was good, although the chicken was heavily breaded. But sauces were great. Husband asked for his dish to be extra spicy and he almost couldn’t eat it… So ask for extra spice on the side. Overall, decent place, will return but not highly recommended.

I have been to Fulins 3 times in the past 2 month and enjoy the food. Each time I have ordered the Crispy Shrimp and Honey Walnuts, however, each time it was presented to my table, it looked different. The first time I ordered it, it was beautiful and tasted wonderful. However, the second and third time it was just plain. Not sure if being«pretty» adds to the flavor, but it does not hurt. I still like Fulins and plan on returning… maybe I will try something different

If you are looking for good sushi, this is not the place. I’ve eaten there many times and the sashimi /nigiri is just consistently below quality. I’m finally writing this review because maybe the restaurant will read this and try to provide a more quality product. YUCK. The fish never seems fresh enough. I“m a purist when it comes to sushi. However, if you like your rolls fried and dunked in sauce so heavy you can’t recognize what you’re eating, you might like this place. Sakura in hermitage is better by far! The cooked food is good though. My husband gets the sesame chicken. That’s why I’m giving this place a 2 star rating.
