Never order from here. Owner is rude, has no customer service skills, does not care what the customer thinks and you will have multiple problems with your order if it is large. The quality of the screen printing is horrible and owner is not very helpful in correcting problems. Stay away!

I came in needing a convenient embroider close by to order big orders for a cancer organization, for apparel & to help raise awareness. I ordered hats & visors. The day I went in to make the order I drew out on a sheet of paper front, back, & sides of how I wanted it. Then after several emails between Joe & I about how I wanted it & paying for the digitize, etc. He confirmed with me on the phone to make sure everything was in order how I wanted it. I get an invoice saying its all done. I pick it up 2 days later and the hats & visors are half done. Not done how i wanted them. & I was charged almost $ 600. People pay a lot of money for custom embroidery for a reason. I did not appreciate the service I got there, at all. On top of that, when i go to pick up my order, he says to me «You’re too difficult to work with, we dont want to work with you anymore.» After 18 years in business, you’d think they would do things right & provide great service. Instead of not being able to follow instructions. What i wanted was simple, a cancer ribbon on the back of the head wear, text on the front, and our website on the side. It was all done wrong. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
