The owner Casey has the worst attitude and customer service ever! I needed to get a military name tape embroidered for a gift and the owner Casey said $ 5.00 when we dropped it off. He messed it up then got smart with me and was extremely condescending with me because HE used the wrong font and wanted me to go buy another one so he could re-​do it. I asked him to take the thread out (only 1 letter) and try to correct it. I went back 2 days later and the mistake was still obvious on the label and he wanted to charge me $ 15.00! I will never use them again for anything. His wife Donna seemed much nicer and willing to help so maybe he should let her deal with the customers!
