Absolutely the best all you can eat sushi restaurant in Moyock. We always time it where we can have dinner on the way to obx or on our way home. Price and service is excellent. Quality of food well worth it. A must visit.

Our family has been coming here since they opened and have always enjoyed their sushi and kitchen prepared meals. They are AYCE for lunch and dinner with a smaller menu for lunch and the full(extensive) menu, always well worth the money! The sushi has always been delicious and fresh… You have to try it… 4 star you ask… You do have to wait sometimes but that gives you time to enjoy yourself with your date or friends.

Amazing! The food is great and there is decent service. I recently went there for my birthday and ordered the beef yakisoba. It was so good! Recommend going for good food AND the décor is nice.

Excellent sushi and very inexpensive all you can eat lunch. A good find on our way back to D.C.

The sushi is great! But don’t order anything from the kitchen! My husband got the hibachi steak and I got the hibachi chicken and both of them taste like they had ketchup mixed in the sauce, it was disgusting!

Ok, so I was working just up the street and was craving(as I always do) some sushi. Pulled up the trusty Unilocal app and this place is the only one within 45 minutes. I passed up the chance to come here a few times, fearing that I would obtain food poisoning from such a place in the small town of Moyock. After a little more investigating I saw that they had an AYCE special(All You Can Eat). Alright Sakura, you got me. The entire menu is at your disposal when you choose to order the AYCE which is a rarity, no matter where you hail from. When I ordered my Nigiri she asked if I wanted it «sushi or sashimi»…uhhhh, well, Sushi is a blanket statement for your fine assortment of fish but I want sushi if that means that it comes on a tiny pillow of rice. I assumed correctly that my Nigiri was going to come on an overly large pillow of rice in order to fill me up. But what I found odd is that I can order it sashimi style(no rice) if I wanted to. That literally makes zero sense. Anywho, be prepared to have an incredibly small slice of fish on a body pillow of rice. Fish quality is not bad at all and is well worth the money you pay. This will curb your fix for sushi, regardless of where you’re from, but do not expect anything more than a poorly ran sushi restaurant in Moyock. How is the place poorly ran you say? well the service is absolutely terrible. They will NEVER fill up your drink unless you hail down and whistle like an attempt at getting a taxi in New York. The beer selection is decent, when they have the beer in stock(which is rare). Maintaining a stock of beer on your menu requires you to order more whenever your stock is low, apparently this is a difficult process for them. All in all, it’s worth the price, you wont get food sick and it will curb your craving for some raw fish. I’d hit it again.

Their hibachi seems to always come out warm. Their sushi is not by far authentic. However, the are the nicest staff around!

Sushi is surprisingly decent for a small town with little around. Can’t beat the all you can eat lunch and dinner deals. Service can be pretty slow and poor depending on the server. Overall, one of the better spots in Moyock.

Food is ok, sushi are decent but they could do better. The Service is horrible! Once you tell the waitress you doing the all you can eat oh man they will treat you like a criminal. They don’t want you to order no more they just two off the entire menu. they try to rush your order and very rude and they will ignore you for a while so that way you don’t make your money’s worth. All you can eat is worth it but they need to teach their waitress some customer service and some respect.

Pretty decent sushi for the location. They do tend to have a lunch rush but the food’s worth the wait

Let me start this by reminding you, you are in Moyock NC not NYC or San Fran! That being said this is great! The all you can eat lunch is the way to go. It includes soups and salads as well as hibachi food! Everything is fresh and the quality of service is good. The Gyoza is my favorite app. Now 5 stars is relative to the area. In NY I would give it a 4!

Chicken Teriyaki was delicious but the Miso soup tasted strange. I frequently order Miso soup, but the soup wasn’t very good. The Chicken Teriyaki definitely compensated for the soups failure. I am all about not wasting food but BEWARE this restaurant will charge you as it states on the menu, «Please eat all you take. If you waste food, you will be charged extra.» Also, our primary server(Wing) was slightly rude during our visit and stood over the table waiting for everyone to pay their check. It was uncomfortable having a server stand over you while your trying to pull cash out of your wallet. This was immediately after she provided the checks to our table. Not sure if the restaurant gets stiff often, but never had this happen to me before. Another greeter or manager was polite during our visit and said thank you as we left. Wing our server was standing next to her, but didn’t say a word as we walked out. Glad I took the receipt with her name. I am all about customer service and almost deducted two stars.

My husband and I have come here for over a year now, the service is sometimes slow, but usually friendly and the food is always fresh and great! We have too many favorites to list them all, but we mainly get gyoza, miso soup, spicy tuna rolls, and hibachi steak! :)

This is the worst sushi I’ve ever had. The prices were cheap but YOUGETWHATYOUPAYFOR! The rice was extremely gummy. I ordered a tempura sushi and the tempura was not fried long enough. It tasted very raw and was not light like regular tempura batter. Seems as if they were low on tempura batter and added flour to the little they had left. ANDDID I MENTIONTHERICEWASGUMMY! The waitress came over like three times, once to get the drink orders, once to bring the drinks and take orders, and once to bring the check. She didn’t even greet us or introduce herself. She just came to our table and asked what would we like to drink. I said well hello to you too. She never even acknowledged what I said. Just stood there waiting for us to order drinks. Weird! So Um yeah. Never going back. Horrible food and service.

Great concept over the typical buffet. Enjoyed the all you can eat concept with food made fresh to order. Only knocked a star off because it took awhile between orders and some kind of dessert option would have been nice. The sunny day roll and the spicy girl roll were excellent. Loved the hibachi steak and Teriyaki shrimp.

This place is awesome. All you can eat of anything on the menu for $ 20 dinner and $ 11 for lunch. Rolls are delicious and the appetizers are amazing as well. Customer service is good. Definitely recommend this place

The all you can eat includes more than just sushi. $ 11 bucks for a vast selection of food is hard to beat. Quality was above the normal buffet taste and service was great, especially on a busy holiday weekend.

The sushi is good. At $ 11 for all you can eat, it’s hard to argue. I’m going to, because the other aspects of the restaurant are just that bad. The other food has an unfortunate tendency to also taste like fish. The service is horrible. It took half an hour to get our drinks, an additional hour before I could get a refill on my WATER. The orders were wrong. It took an hour and a half for two courses. I won’t be going back again.
