Very disappointed with Ken’s Pool service in Lynnwood. We moved into a house with an in-​ground pool and hot tub and had no idea where to start. A rep from Ken’s came out to show us how to check the chemicals and said he would come back to help keep it maintained. I called twice and emailed once to see when we could schedule another visit and inquired about pool cover installation and never heard back! We love to support local businesses but decided to go with Aquaquip after waiting for three weeks. You would think that with such few in-​ground resident pools in the Seattle area that a pool company would work hard to keep your business.
