Yellow Cab Co Bay Area

WORST CAB EXPERIENCE EVER!
I caught this cab outside of the Caltrain station in MV. The driver spent the entire cab ride emailing, watching videos, and looking at maps on his phone. I thought I was going to die a couple of times and almost asked him to pull over so that I could call another cab.
I had him stop before my destination because I literally thought he was going to crash the car and I walked the rest of the way.
I paid with credit card and, what do you know, when my statement came, there was an additional $ 7 tip he tacked on for himself. I am currently trying to dispute the charge with the company, who apparently doesn’t keep records of their receipt numbers and instead relies on customers to record taxi numbers and ask for names. If I would have known he was going to steal money from me, I would have written that info down!
