For some reason, there continues to be a social stigma against those who seek coaching for emotional/​professional challenges that arise in this everyday roller coaster we call life. I will be the first to admit that I was amongst the many people who feel this way — until I started communicating with Kavita. The ease in which she transitioned from one topic to another, drawing my concerns out of me was phenomenal! Until the very end of our detailed and thorough conversation, I felt like I was just talking to a dear friend. which is how Kavita communicates with her clients — not as clients, but as friends. She actually empathizes with what I am going through by relating my «problems» and «issues» to her situations and in turn helps me realize that my struggles are not as big as I imagine them to be.
