Hi There, I am really a fan of yours shopping cart. I have always enjoyed shopping here. But what I felt worst is the customer service recently, I was wondering why the owner hired such girl to work here. When I reached there I found a thin tall girl who was there working on Saree Fall attachment, she was saying to another customer(the customer is from her home town) «Y u visit here, nothing is good n u know in our place v will find awesome designs and worse even about the owner who hired her. Once I saw the Madam believing this girl n giving the keys to close the shop after work. So if she is advertising like this how u can do business. And next time I visited too her service was rude n she is arrogant. Please make sure whom u hire coz this is business where customer interaction is very important. Last week I came with my friend there was a girl who did very excellent in her service. Business needs customer service, I dont mean to say customer is always right, but in this case business person who hire such employee must b very careful. She might have come across a person from hometown but they are not paying for her job, u pay for it. U r doing a decent business, my fav. shopping n traditional silk is always u. So hope u will take my piece of advice n work on it. Thank you. Apologize if I was wrong.

Not an accurate representation online. Refunds if you are lucky. We bought a sari and found that the color did not match online photo. And their products are not cheap! So we returned it within their strict«1-week return» policy via USPS tracking. They did not pickup the package for two months, and we repeatedly kept emailing. Then they finally pick it up, offer some lame excuse about they did not know(that’s shipped to the address they gave us) and another ten days later, still no refund. After 70+ days, we had to resort to filing a dispute with our card. They may have the best saris, but think they are in India with third world service. They should not be doing business in America.
