Would avoid these guys. Raul came out and misdiagnosed a furnace problem. Total waste of money for a service call. Requested a quote for a new furnace. Despite several followup attempts and commitments from Jesse, never received the quote. Had Henry from Thermatech come out and he diagnosed problem correctly and am having Thermatech do the new furnace install. Much better service from Thermatech.

Janal was referred to me by Bodner Air because he didn’t have the equipment on his truck and I was out of his area. I had All heating and air come out at least 6 times to repair my a/​c unit that wasn’t cold, blower not working and condensation dripping out of the vents. All heating told me to call someone else, I couldn’t be happier that I did! Raul came an hour early and actually repaired the problem. Turns out my «repaired» blower motor had crossed wires and was blowing in reverse, not doing a thing and causing my core to freeze up. All repaired in just over an hour and it hasn’t worked this well in a long time! Prompt great service, they now have all of mu business!

I needed my open patio beams covered with metal caps. This had to be a custom job because my beams were constructed in a «L» shape. I asked for 3 estimates from different vendors. Jessie, from Janal, was the only one that truly understood my need not to have water seep in; he recommended that the metal cap be constructed in one piece to prevent negative «wicking» from the rain.
He was able to install it before I had the exterior of my house painted and it looked great! His professional manner and customer orientation was excellent!
P. S. In general, consumers wouldn’t normally hear about Janal b/​c they are normally referred by other trades people. In fact, I got his name from other trades person. I’m glad I found them.

I used JANAL over 15 years to install a heating system that is still going strong! I also had them install another heating & air condition system in my second home last year and again was very pleased with their pleasant attitude & reasonable rates.
What a pleasure to give my repeated business to an wholesome company that stands behind there quality and workmanship!!!

I love this company. We used them 10 years ago when we built our home. They installed and maintain our furnace and air. They are prompt and polite and since its a family owned business. Interested in doing it right the first time. No job seems too small (while checking the air conditioner, i recently asked Jessie to fix the heat register as it kept falling off) or too large… he works with big builders!
