Put away all your tools that you value. After they left, my ladder on the roof was missing. When a second crew came back to finish the mess of the first crew my expensive power cord was missing.
Tip: If something is not on the quote, the service will not be included. Even though they have a 21 step preparation process that included power washing and filling nail holes. They were not going to provide that until I asked for it. Their excuse was it was not needed. Well, in that case the house do with paint also.
