Dr. Karpman is a skilled surgeon. He did my husband’s vasectomy reversal June 2013 and we got pregnant Feb 2014! An added plus is my husband regained some sensation he lost from his vasectomy. Dr. Karpman’s staff at the office and surgery center were excellent and the doctor himself is so approachable, explaining everything in an easy to understand way. I like that the charges are all inclusive so we did not have any surprises. His prices are very reasonable compared to other centers I called. Also, I felt like we were treated very respectfully. I called Dr. Turek’s office in San Francisco, and felt like just another number — another $ for him and his staff. Dr. Karpman treats you like the individual you are and really listens. He was truly happy for us when we told him that our Baby girl was born!

Dr Karpman explained very well what need to be done and most important: why it had to be done that way.

After several failed surgeries, I was beginning to give up hope of ever having a «normal» sex life again. But then a friend recommended Dr. Karpman, and I really cannot put in words how grateful I am.
Dr. Karpman listens, he makes sure YOU listen, and he has excellent protocols to prevent infection or other problems. I followed his instructions to the letter, and the surgery he performed was a complete success. After all the time and problems I went through before Dr. Karpman, it’s still a bit of a wonderful shock to realize that YES, It’s DONE! It worked, I don’t need to go back to fix anything, it’s just DONE.

Dr. Karpman has always taken the time to asses my health and talk to me about the options. His assistant Anna is always very helpful when I need refills or I have a question.

I would like to say to start that Dr. Karpman is very good at what he does. I saw my local urologist and was referred to Dr. Karpman. I was given great advice from the beginning, which my wife and I followed prior to having a vasectomy reversal. I contacted him 3 months later by telephone appointment due to the 5 hour drive to see him. I had it done, things seem to be on track and the process has been exactly as he described to me at this point. He is one of the few doctors I have seen that has a great bedside manner and doesn’t mind joking around. He made my wife feel like she mattered also and did not hesitate to communicate with her.
We will now start the process of having our first child thanks to his hard work and dedication. Great job and Thank you!

Dr. Edward Karpman,
Where do I start ! He’s genuine and intelligent being a rarity to find both in a doctor. I’ve been to countless urologist and endocrinologist from east to west coast and none have been able to find my problem. I was simply wrote off from the other doctors yet Dr. karpman took time listened and is in the process of treatment. I am fortunate enough to have met someone who changes lives. So thankful for his help.

I went to Dr Karpman for a couple reasons and his initial diagnosis was that I was suspect for diabetes. I told him I was sure I wasn’t because I have gone to 3 different doctors over the last 10 years because I thought I was diabetic. The other 3 doctors all assured me I was «too healthy» to have diabetes and I continued struggling with feeling crappy.
Dr Karpman ran the proper tests and confirmed I am diabetic and I finally received the treatment that I need.
I now feel better than I ever have and I am thankful that Dr Karpman didn’t judge my health by how fit I look.

Dr. Karpman was the first doctor my husband saw for his sperm problems. His bad advice wasted tons of time for us. He did not communicate clearly with my husband about treatment options and the plusses and minuses. Later when we were transferring some records, we saw the note he wrote to my GYN, and it contained something very different from what he told my husband verbally, and if we had known it we would have taken a differnt path. It was shocking. Such terrible communication skills.

Thank You Thank You ! our 5 month old son would not be here with out you! He is more perfect than I could ever ask for. My surgery went well I felt well taking care of and admired your passion for what you do .You are giving life. I have reccomended you to a friend I am sure he will be contacting you similar situation 2^nd marriage after a vasectomy and new wife never had children. Modern day medicine is awesome but I still give it up to Jesus, and I thank him for leading me to Dr. Karpman

Ever since my husband had surgery in March of 2009 he no longer has an orgasm. This is very traumatic for the both of us. In addition; the surgery was not successful. No we do not want an appointment to try to «fix» anything I simply want to let you know what a disappointment you are and that you have permanently scared our intimacy. I’m sorry there isn’t a place on your website for clients to write testimonials; you must filter through ones you get and only post successful reversals to gain business… Hmmmmmm
FYI — From the very first consultation I felt discriminated against because we were honest about alcohol consumption, etc… I felt like we weren’t the «perfect» couple in your eyes therefore you did not perform the surgery to the best of your ability. For your information we take very good care of the three children my husband has and we are better parents than most. You didn’t give us that chance and more important whatever you did took away my husbands «man hood» and our chances of conceiving.
$ 8,000.00 vasectomy reversal — might as well thrown the money out our car window.
If you’re looking for a reversal surgeon keep looking and do your research. This man will ruin you for life.
