I have done this Art of Living course on a friend’s recommendation and boy was I glad I did it! they taught an amazing yogic breathing technique called«Sudarshan Kriya» I have to say the blissful state of mind that experienced upon practising this technique, I have never experienced before in my life! The best part was they made sure I learned the technique to be able practise on my own at home! It takes about 20min to do this«Sudarshan Kriya» and I am so energitic and fresh after the practise. I invest 20 minutes and I get back 2 hours of additional productivity! It helped me relieve stress and the negative emotions like anger, fear, anxeity and worry and bring the mind into the present. I have taken up free yoga & meditation classes offered by Art of Living Foundation at the Mountain view community center . These sessions were mind blowing. At the end of the session my mind was totally calm & peaceful. I felt like a new person ready to handle any kind of stress. I had tried yoga at other yoga centers. But this one was like a package that had both Yoga & meditation. They have these sessions every thursday from 8pm — 9pm. I would strongly recommend anyone to go and try it out !
