Sadly, despite a glowing recommendation I had a bad experience. I reserved a car days in advance, that part went smoothly.
Night of the reservation the driver was late, drove recklessly and got lost *several* times. The ride was from the Greek Theater in Berkeley to Menlo Park. Took well over 1 hour 40 minutes door to door. I mentioned all of this to the company and I was offered a discount the NEXT reservation I book (really?). Thank you, but I will seek a car service with more concern for their customers than that. I paid full price AND tipped the driver. Now I feel like a fool. Live & Learn.

I’ve used AAA to get from Mountain View/​Palo Alto to SFO five or ten times. It’s a flat rate with black town car service, and cheaper than a taxi. Never had a problem.

I had to get to SFO from Mountain View on a Monday morning for a business trip. Called them the night before and was able to set a pickup for 8 in the morning. Driver arrived on time and was professional. Got me to SF on time for a reasonable fee (about $ 65 before tip). Would use them again.

Not worth the headache. After my wedding, they accused us of being 3 hours late and therefore had to pay additional fees or be sent to collections. Really??? False accusations by whom ever called us, not very professional. And like I said, when we thought all was well, they threw us a curve ball while we were on our honeymoon… Really???
