Same as David S. I think Rosemary just doesn’t want to take vouchers. She would not even ATTEMPT to put me on the books. She said I’m looking into next year, so why don’t you just try to get your money back. Of course, living social won’t give me my money back. I will get«deal bucks» instead. Huge waste of effort and time, thanks to rosemary. Unfortunately, living social should make sure people like this don’t sign up.

I got my first appointment through an online deal and have been going back ever since. Rosemary cleared up a rotator cup problem for me and later a problem with a pinched nerve in my hip. I see her every few months.

I bought a deal for this company and when I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone(I called many times but no answer), I spoke to a woman named Rosemary. It was Early August when I called and she told me her next availability would be around March or April of the following year. I asked if that means she’s not taking new customers and she said her current customers keep her so busy that she just doesn’t have any availability. She was and told me that if I didn’t come back after my massage, that was my decision to make. I asked her if I was the only person that had to wait 8 or 9 months to redeem their massage and she said«now that wouldn’t make sense would it? It would be ridiculous for me to do this to you and not do it to anyone else wouldn’t it?» in a very soft, sweet condescending voice that, of course, made me very irritated — I laugh about it now though. Then she complained about the deal website and said she didn’t sell as many as she had hoped. Can she give good massages? I have no idea. After posting this, I’m a little scared to find out. But I have to wonder… if she could, would she be selling deals at 50% off to get people in the door?
