I was so nervous. Tears sprang from my eyes and I had s sweaty palms. They treated me great. The office staff was great, friendly and reassuring. The procedure was fast and Dr. Simcock reassured me the whole way. His assistant was great, patting my shoulder and just being really great. I can’t recommend it enough. If you have to have a root canal I can’t think of a better place. They’ll test you well and get it done quickly and use everything they can to ensure you feel safe and are pain free. I didn’t feel any pain at all. This is a great doctor.

Never thought I’d ever utter«pleasant» and«root canal» in the same sentence, but my root canal experience at Dr Simcock’s office was indeed a pleasant one. The entire experience was completely PAIN-FREE in every way, beginning with the ease of scheduling, lack of wait time in the office, and — most importantly — in the literal sense of NOPAINWHATSOEVERINMYMOUTHDURINGTREATMENT!!! Also happy to report there was zero pain post-treatment. *victory dance* Huge props to Dr Simcock for his expertise and magic touch, and a special shout-out to his assistant, who — with her skill and lovely chairside manner — made me feel as comfy as possible, both physically and psychologically. Dr Simcock’s office staff also very much merit mentioning: Not only is the waiting area clean, cheery and inviting, the kind staff members make you feel at home. I was quite nervous when I first arrived, but the friendliness of the staff and an offer of coffee or tea helped to put me at ease. Last but not least: Dr. Simcock’s office called the day after my procedure to check on my status. Very impressed with the follow-up care — along with everything else! So, needless to say(but I’ll say it anyway), I would unreservedly recommend Dr. Simcock to anyone who is in need of an endodontist.
