I have been a real estate agent for almost 20 years and I appreciate the thoroughness of Clark’s inspections. When I represent the buyer I want them to enjoy their new home with clear knowledge of its condition. His years of experience as a contractor is a big plus because he is willing to talk about very practical ways to improve the property. He is also down to earth and easy to understand… taking the time to answer my buyer’s questions. His reports are just right… with clear explanations and excellent pictures. He even took a video to illustrate an issue and the seller really appreciated being able to clearly see the issue.

In preparing to sell my 109 yr old home this next year, having a home inspection was scary but I felt necessary to see what I could expect.
I ended up not just with an overall view of what was not up to «code» but a great punch list of things I can work on– or not, between now and then along with great suggestions for priorities I should consider. I am not a ‘tool belt gal’ so I so appreciated the education I got for free. Totally a surprise and above and beyond.

Clark was able to squeeze us in on our home inspection on such short notice and it was great! He communicated well and was very thorough. On site, we kind of just let him do his thing and occasionally talked about what he had seen so far which was kind of nice. When we received the report we were pleased with the outcome. We were impressed with how long it took and how everything was understandable.

The first thing that I have to rave about — the excellent customer service that Clark provides. It is so refreshing to meet someone who is genuinely kind and professional — WOW!
Clark is also a very thorough inspector. He takes his time, checking every possible part of the house, and writes up a GREAT report based on his findings (he’s quick too, we got our report back less than 12 hours after our inspection was complete).
Just when you think this can’t get any better, it does. He is AFFORDABLE. My husband and I are first time buyers, so cost was a huge factor for us. Clark takes care of the full inspection and full PEST inspection at a great rate!
You won’t be disappointed!

What a great experience. Not only did Mr. Schacht do a wonderful job explaining everything to me but he was able to give me some tools on things to look for. I used his service for a couple of houses. I was able to pick up things faster on new homes that I was trying to purchase so that I could rule them out.
