Great customer service. What I loved about this place is that they’re honest, creative and able to give you options. I walked in for a haircut not knowing what I wanted to do. After looking at a magazine and showing the hairdresser what I was drawn to, she was able to give me variations of the two and suggestions that would fit my lifestyle. I’ve been here twice so far and never disappointed! I’d recommend to make an appointment, walk ins are welcome but it’s a pretty busy salon.

I recently moved to Mount Vernon and have gone to Per Dona twice. Both times got a cut with a junior stylist for about $ 40, and both times regretted it. Not only did my hair not look good, the simplest details were lost. One time I asked for layers and got a blunt cut. Another time I asked for a pageboy and got a bob (which looked just like a Super Cuts cut I got in the 6th grade… and cried about!). I even went back to have one of the cuts fixed, explaining in detail what didn’t work for me and what I was looking for. I walked out disappointed.
My recommendation is, don’t waste your money. Go to Seattle, go to Bellingham, go anywhere but here.

I got my hair cut and styled here recently. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The stylist who did my hair took a lot of time to make sure I was getting what I desired. Usually when I get my hair done anywhere else I would have to go home, take a shower, and restyle my hair before I could go anywhere. The stylist at Per Dona took her time after the cut to style it and show me how I could wear it. Highly recommended.
