I always love the disparity of reviews! Almost like it’s on an alternative planet. Ate lunch here on Skagit Deals coupon… LOVETHOSE! Owners take note… have been to places I would never gone to w/o the coupon… bring ‘em on. Had the tortilla soup… excellent & a Horchata. For some reason I find it hard to find Horchata’s in Mexican places. But the kicker was the BEST salsa I’ve had so far in my neck of the woods. Fabulous… spicy & chunky with bits of real peppers. The lunch menu deals looked tempting for a visit w/o a coupon.

I love the atmosphere. Very friendly staff, great music and food, I tried the tacos al pastor there to die for and the campechana is very delishes. Very generous portions and they serve salsa and and warm corn chips witch they make. I have always gone to Mexican restaurant where I see them opening out of bags, so it was awesome that they make there own chips and salsa. read the reviews the people had left and I still decided to give them a try and there prices and not expensive. What can I say if your use to eating at taco tucks and fast food Mexican restaurants well of course they will be a bit pricey. I loved it and recommend this Mexican restaurant to any one.

We were here around 9:30PM, so there weren’t a lot of patrons. The menu is vast, almost six pages. I settled on a chile colorado burrito with a chile relleno on the side. The burrito was very good. I chose a shredded beef one and the meat was tender and moist. The chile relleno was oily, and clearly fried in rancid oil. My guest had ordered a tamale on the side and hers also boosted the rancid oil flavor. I love love Mexican food. But rancid oil does not belong. Also, the service was slow considering there were only two tables besides ours who were being served. I hate to give less than stellar reviews. But I am hoping the restaurant will see my rancid oil experience and make some kitchen improvements to avoid that from happening again.

Good service but the manager or owner was really bad in attending us messed up our reservation and got mad at us because we came late because of him but gladly took our money.

This is very expensive for a Mexican restaurant. I wonder what they are thinking as they open directly across the street from an established operation? We were lured in by a coupon, only to find that most menu pages had a heading that stated coupons were not honored for items on those pages. This, in spite of the fact that items ran perhaps 30 percent higher than comparable items elsewhere, and the coupon they were currently offering didn’t even cover the cost of the two drinks required for redemption. $ 21.41 for a plate of nachos, one beer and a virgin strawberry daquiri. Before the tip. The nachos didn’t even have a layer of cheese for the chips on the bottom. And the waitress brought out the wrong beer. The owners must be counting on being attached to a hotel to bring them business, since local traffic is bound to be in short supply.
