Steve contacted me via facebook about a 1950’s singer sewing machine, model 66 I had for sale in the local buy, sell, trade group. He said he wanted to buy it so he could sell it at their auction house and insisted I take the machine there and guaranteed to buy it. So I drove quite a distance to their location and brought my sewing machine inside and the lady working the desk said«Its not a feather weight» I said I know its a 66 model singer, just like the ad stated. She rudely said that they do not want it and it is not worth anything! In most cases buyers come to you when doing local sales, I was guaranteed they would buy my antique if I drove to them, I wasted gas and time all for a rude letdown. Vary unprofessional, terrible and dirty location, They are not people of their words at all, P. S. My ad was vary descriptive of the year, make, and model of the machine, if they assumed or were unsure Steve still should of followed through.

I tried to go to auction today. Web site and email that they sent me Yesterday both were start times for 3:30 so I showed up at about 3:10. They were done already. The very nice lady I have known for years called the next facility to let them know I was coming. They had not started at the next location so I shot up there. They were just finishing when I got there. No apology. Was told we were on his time not ours. WOW. I have been going to these facilities since they opened… sad I wont be able to go anymore. Can not afford to waste my time chasing an auctioneer that is partial to bidders! DON’T USEHIM! Just be warned… not a good auctioneer in my book.

INTEGRITY is completely missing from this company. They let their employees bid, the same employees who are allowed in before the auction. The same ones who drop the hammer early while their wife is the high bidder. They also open up lots for choice only when they want something out of the lot and don’t want to pay for everything.(like what their customers have to do) Also the slowest most boring auctioneers in the history of auctions.
