Horrible customer service… no manager on duty to discuss… one hour for delivery when told 25 – 30 minutes… never again… just tell me how long really A holes

Great service, great pizza. Similar crust/​sauce to Papa Johns (but better). Lots of great options.

Wow!!! Probably the worst thing I ever ordered. My husband and I ordered Grinders. If that’s what you think a Grinder is, you need to go back to cooking school 101. Soggy, doughy, cold bread. ordered an Italian, four pieces of meat, maybe four slices of green pepper and very little cheese. Never again!!!

I had a flyer on my door for ‘gourmet’ pizza. If there is truth in advertising their motto should be «Technically it’s Pizza». I have had Little Caesers that was better than this. Round pizza cut into squares, so few toppings that it might as well have been a cheese pizza, and the cheese looked liked it had been made the day before and left out overnight and was about as warm. If you want a great pizza this is not it. Budget pizza at a gourmet price.

Probably my favorite pizza in the Skagit Valley (which to be honest, isn’t saying that much). I absolutely love their crust, the beer battered crust specifically. No one else does crust like that out here, it most closely resembles Papa John’s, that dense, heavy dough. When they are on their A game, it might be worthy of 5 stars. Their menu has good options and mostly it works, with a few rare exceptions. Overall their pizza is very very good.
However they are pretty inconsistent with their service, I’ve waited in their store twice as long as I was quoted online or over the phone, they’ve lost my online order before when I arrived to pick it up, and they screwed one order up entirely (I did get free food out of it). They’ve always been very nice, friendly and willing to help, but sometimes it feels like there is no leadership in the store, just a bunch of young kids trying to run a pizza shop. That knocks off a star from an otherwise 5 star rating. For the price you are paying (not terrible but not great), you want it to taste as good as it is capable of tasting every time.
The last star I have to dock from the potential 5 star rating is that the amount of ingredients seems to have gone downhill in the last 6 – 12 months. Seems there is less and less on the pizza each time I order.

Wish I could give his place zero stars!!! We ordered online the pizza clearly says 12 pepperoni pizza for 12.12. Get home and it’s a cheese. I call and let them know the manager Heather started mouthing off to the employee I was talking to saying I did it wrong. Then she gets on the phone with me and tells me next time to do it right and that they would bring me a pizza when they had time!!! Seriously she was a B****. She hung up on me so I called back and asked a guy who this lady’s manager is or an owner she grabbed the phone from him and said that its her store and there is no one!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food that we did get was awful. Hard cheese like it had sat there for over an hour! Absolutely furious over this. She had nerve to tell me not to yell at her employees I was yelling at her not them. With The way she treated her employee it’s a wonder that anyone would want to work for her!

3 months later and the manager is still commenting on this she can’t even apologize without putting me down!!! Get over it. This is my review I am entitled to my opinion and I will not change my review especially after your comments.

The service and the product of this North Most franchise shop, of a Seattle based parent corp was better than expected. My wife is an admitted pizza snob and she was pleased.
The eat-​any-​pizza team that I purchased for were greatly pleased!!!

Good pizza, love the redhook beer battered crust. Really gives their pizza a unique flavor. The Brewery Combo pizza is really good. I haven’t had their pasta yet but it looks pretty good too.

So, hungry and tired after a shopping trip, we go to the store and order. Very hard to understand the kid ‘s mumbling as he is trying to explain the specials. Finally get it ordered, and sit in the car waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Go back in to check. Kid says, «Uh, we accidentally sent your pizza out on a delivery. Sorry. We’ll make you another and refund your money. Well okay, at least that’s better than nothing. They did finally get a pizza to us. How did it taste? It says,“gourmet pizza since 1994» on the box. Gourmet? Hardly. Lots of cheese, crust was good and it wasn’t overcooked, but very skimpy on the toppings and it was the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. Not sure where all the grease came from as there was hardly any meat on it. Next time? Papa Murphys. Jet City? probably never again.

This place as NO business calling their pizza «Gourmet». This pizza truly tastes like cardboard. Plus, the prices are WAY TOO HIGH. I will never order from this place again! There are a lot of better pizza options in the valley.

Just to be clear, this one star is solely for the fact that ordering online via their website never works. The real inconvenience is that it isn’t until you reach the point to process your order (after you sign up for an account, enter address, enter credit card, etc) that it let’s you know there is no connectivity to this store.
Their pizza is pretty good and I would no doubt give them a 4 star rating for quality and delivery time. If management cares about their reviews they’ll remedy the online ordering problem.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Took them an hour and fifteen minutes to get it to me and 45 minutes to get me another one and that one wasn’t much better. My dog wouldn’t even eat a piece of the first pizza they sent me.

Worst pizza ever. Overlooked, dry, greasy. Ordered delivery. Oh yeah and overpriced. I really wanted them to be good since they are new to our area and my old favorite has gone downhill lately. Very disappointed.

Love the spicy Thai pizza on beer batter crust. Hate the on line ordering app. It never works for the Mount Vernon location.

Good piazza! We always order delivery so far it takes the 25 min to get to where we live. Which if I were picking it up, it be 4 minutes. The prices are too high and the pizzas do run small. But taste is good.

So the food is edible but for the price it is absolutely horrible. I ordered a large «mighty meat» pizza, cheese bread and a ranch dipping sauce. I received a 3 meat pizza, dominoes exact breadsticks but without the garlic butter sauce they apply before baking and no ranch. I could not believe that it cost me almost 30 $ horrible rip off! Round table pizza is very close in price but way way better and dominoes and little caesar are way cheaper and still better! I wouldn’t even complain to the store about my dissatisfaction because I wouldn’t want coupons. Major disappointment, it says gourmet pizza on the box that is a laughable statement I have had better frozen pizzas and breadsticks.
