The restaurant is now a Huddle House.
I must have came in on their first week because the were 15people in the restaurant. Gave my order waited, .and waited. Got my order sans cheesesticks. Wasn’t charged for it so I was leaving, and one of the 4 managers came over, and got my cheesesticks no charge. Would like to see them after the bugs get worked out.

Needed fuel so we decided to eat here too. The sign said county cookin’.
Walked in to a fairly empty restaurant at lunch time.
The waitress was very friendly and I decided early that this should be the type of place you order country fried steak. So I did.
It was good, thankfully not the out of the freezer kind but I don’t think anyone spent two hours in a kitchen creating this masterpiece either. The gravy, which is probably the most important part was ok.
Good enough to write about, just not good enough to write home about.
