The worst service experience ever. They don’t return calls about appointments, and after the bids came in on our gas furnace, their bid was lowest. Come install day, the tech was three hours late arriving, proceeded to lecture me like I’m an idiot and four hours later, we’re still plugging away trying to get the unit in place. Initially the install date was yesterday, then today I get two stories about why he hadn’t arrived. «Had a flat on the truck» and «just got the unit and need to pick up the rest of the necessary components.» Pick one or both, your choice.
