We got our truck stuck in our yard without a way out… on a Sunday. They informed us initially, over the phone, that without a tow route from a paved road or a gravel drive, they could not help us (a 16k pound truck can’t drive through a yard after a heavy rain). We assumed they had forgotten us. The owner happened to be in town with their family and swung by to take a second look (unexpected visit — after we had given up hope). The owner devised a scheme using several mature trees as leverage and had us free at a reasonable rate within the hour. I can’t remember the last time a business has gone to this great length to help a «potential» client. I decided that I definitely needed to sing their praises on the internet. No other local towing operation answered their phone. I will not forget them.
