Accurate Appliance Repair

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. And I use the term worked very loosely. They were dispatched to come fix our dishwasher, and when they finally came, the technician was rude to our entire family, even shoving our pet. The company ordered the part needed, and after 6 weeks, they finally returned, only to say they had ordered the wrong part and would have to come back another time. 2 months later, I called to see what was going on and schedule an appointment. After scheduling an appointment and having them not show up, I called and they said they had no record of our repair call. So, I rescheduled and they yet again did not show up when they were supposed to. I called to see what was going on and the woman on the phone literally raised her voice to me, called me a liar and told me to call her back once I knew what I was talking about. 3 months of dealing with this terrible company and our dishwasher is still not fixed. I will probably be calling the chamber of commerce and better business bureau on this company within the week. Don’t waste your time dealing with them.
