I ordered the chicken bacon alfredo for delivery. Once I started to eat it there were many under cooked, bordering on raw pieces of bacon. I pulled the bacon out because I was afraid to eat it. I called Round Table to let them know that they were serving raw bacon. I spoke to Amanda, who affirmed that she was the manager. I told her about the raw bacon, and her response was «no, it’s not raw, it’s a new kind of bacon.» I am not sure what that means… and still not confident in eating «the new kind of bacon, that appears to be grossly under cooked.» I took a picture of the bacon that I pulled out, which I estimate to be ¼ of the dish, but couldn’t figure out how to post in on this site. I gave this two stars because the rest of the pasta was okay. But I need to cut it to one star… because I’m still not sure about the bacon «product,» and two, Miss Amanda didn’t really care what she was serving. Kind of scary.

If you wanna blow some money. Go here. The pizza we ordered was 40 bucks. 40BUCKS. We asked for premium toppings. Artichoke hearts, pesto sauce, chicken, bacon, etc. We had a lot of toppings on it. I was expecting to pay about 25. We took it home and ate it. This was not a 40 pizza. It was not even that good nor was it a «xlarge» and the toppings were skimpy. My wife and I are never coming back.

I have one complaint about this place and it has been a long while since we’ve been in, because of it. My problem is by far the worst of the worst. The guy working had OPEN WOUNDS all over his hand and bloody bandaids on his elbow. Noooooo thank you. I couldn’t believe he was kneading dough and making pies. Disturbing as hell.

This is good pizza, really good. I read the comments before I ordered as I know RTP to be of consistent value and dependable. I truly do not know what you others want in a pizza or the people serving it to you. I ordered take out as I am traveling through the area and wanted to eat it in the room. The young lady who took my order and delivered the pizza when cooked was awesome. To make comments such as a lack of training or anything more derogatory is simply wrong. She did well, very well. If her enthusiasm to do a good job and the fact she went above the simple motions of delivery, then we need more of that training.

There seems to be a lack of competent employees there or maybe just lack of good training. Their was one lady named trish who was doing all the work. And trying diplomatically to get the rest of her coworkers on board. She was very friendly and the food was great!

My family and I had a very disturbing encounter at the Mount Shasta Round Table tonight. They advertise a buffet Sunday, Monday and Thursday nights during football from 5 to 8. We walked through the door at about 6:15 and there was no pizza on the buffet so we ordered a pizza two drinks and two sodas. I noticed the kid who rang us up had a bloody bandage on a ringer. After I watched this kid prepare people’s food without covering the bandaged hand with a glove I ask for my money back. Then the kid made a scene and proceeded to argue with me. There was no manager on site.

I don’t even think one star can show how horrible this place is! Bought two salads and a medium size one topping pizza for $ 30! Service was terrible! When I asked why it was so much the cashier said, «I don’t know.» Salad plates were dirty and forks were even worse! Employees didn’t put customers first and were on their phones the entire time! Bummed out because this place used to be awesome.

Got sick from the eggs in the salad bar. The next time we came back vowing not to touch the salad bar but still wanting the lunch special and willing to pay for it even though we wouldn’t be going through the salad bar. We were told the lunch special closed five minutes ago. Looked over at the pizza buffet area and there were 2 full pizzas sitting there. The customer service here is what’s lacking there is no enthusiasm for the job. The pizza is good just don’t expect a smile or anyone to take any additional steps to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

The food was good but the customer service is horrible. The employees at this location were very unwelcoming. If you’re looking to have pizza I’d recommend going to Pizza Factory only a couple miles down, the reviews on Unilocal brag about their customer service.

I have given this pizza joint many chances, just because I live in a small town and want to support our locals. That being said, inside the the restaurant is not well maintained and dirty, the staff is average at best, at times could care less if your there. Forget the the delivery service, «slow and cold». The last pizza I had delivered was 2 day ago, when i opened the box one side of the pizza was smashed against the side of the box making it a impossible to pull apart. it resembled a big dough ball. they must of put it in the car sideways.
Did I mention price, $ 33 and change for a large pizza delivered, that’s a little steep, oh ya that’s one topping.
Like I said, I really want to support our locals, but I can not support this one anymore.
If you really want a great pizza, drive down to Dunsmuir and go to the Pizza Factory, best pizza in the area and a short drive from Mount Shasta (6 miles). Prices are great, an extra large pizza is just $ 20.00.

My family and I went here for the Tuesday night family buffet and it was pretty good. I was turned off by the moldy tomatoes in the salad bar but when I told the employees they pulled the whole container immediately & dumped it right in the trash. I’ve seen comparable establishments pick out the moldy parts & leave the rest of the food so I was relieved when they tossed the whole thing.
The selection of hot pizzas were good and the bread sticks were fresh. The only other down side was that it took a while to get fresh cinnamon sticks out but other than that the kid had fun, there were board games out, coloring contests for kids, the arcade of course, and a few flat screens with sports for the husbands. Not a bad place to get pizza, salad, and a soda for $ 10.

A personal favorite of mine. They have a huge indoor area which is great for groups, the arcade has not changed much in about 14 years so look for a bunch of classic throw back games if you are into that sort of thing and i don’t think anything can beat their pepperoni pizza and ranch dressing… Oh and the workers are all really cool and considerate…
DON’T MISS the huge wall covered with cartoons of the knights of the round table… it is really something to take in.
