Paws of Enchantment

Cassandra is amazing at her a job and a true ‘dog whisperer’! We’ve been bringing our Irish Terrier to get hand stripped here for over 5 years and she goes crazy with excitement when we arrive and is just as happy when we pick her up! She also always looks beautiful and smells divine. I highly recommend.

We LOVE Cassandra. Our Bichon did not enjoy getting groomed at all and then we found Paws of Enchantment… Cassandra is great and our baby loves going to the groomers now. He gets excited when we pull up to the building and starts whining to go inside. He always looks and smells great when we pick him up. I love the fact that she uses a holistic approach to grooming.

Great local groomer. I took my cairn terrier to Cassandra for hand stripping, and my dog looks great. I like the fact that she is not crated, which probably makes it a much more enjoyable experience for her.

I’m so glad to have found Paws of Enchantment. I have a big, fluffy, sweet double-​coated dog. He went to his grooming appointment with an undercoat that was thick and packed in tight against his skin. He came home smelling sweet with bouncy, silky-​soft fur.
I like the way that Paws is set up — from the reception/​waiting room you can see the area where your pet is kept and the grooming area. You know exactly who is grooming your dog — Cassandra — and she’s an expert. There are baskets of toys and comfortable looking beds. At other grooming shops my dog is usually whisked off to an area behind a closed door and I have no idea what’s behind the door.
Best of all, Paws was comfortable and relaxed for me and my dog — my happy sweetie went in happy and he came out clean and happy. Can’t ask for more than that.

I found Paws of Enchantment when I was frustrated with previous groomers and desperately looking for someone who could groom our Wheaten Terrier puppy. She’s never enjoyed being groomed and I hated taking her in for what was obviously a stressful experience. Her coat had gotten shaggy and long and brushing it was becoming a huge commitment every night. Thankfully, I found Paws of Enchantment and I’m so happy we did. Molly came back from her first appointment today and not only does she look beautiful and smell lovely but she was so relaxed and happy and clearly had a great time playing with the other dogs at the spa.
I love that Cassandra is so calm and gentle and that I know Molly isn’t cooped up in a crate all day. If you get stressed about taking your pet to be groomed and not knowing what happens when you leave, I’d recommend checking out Paws of Enchantment — it’s such a huge relief knowing someone gentle and experienced will be taking care of your beloved friend!

Cassandra is a patient and gentle groomer with excellent styling skills! Terrific combo for my rescue pomeranian who responds well to Cassandra’s kind spirit. Our dog always comes home with fluffy fur, smelling delightful and prancing around as if she’s saying «Look at me!» We also love the organic products that Cassandra uses. Our dog’s coat is shiny and soft. Paws of Enchantment also offers non-​anesthetic dental cleaning, which is wonderful! Our dog’s teeth have never been cleaner.

Cassandra is wonderful. My dogs get excited when we pull into the driveway at Paws of Enchantment, and they are in great spirits when we pick them up at the end of the day. Cassandra uses herbal products that smell wonderful and is truly devoted to taking care of the pets themselves, not just their coats! That said, the dogs always look terrific when they leave — Cassandra is a true pro and an expert at breed-​specific cuts. The space is relaxing, with music, aromatherapy and soothing colors. Plus, because it’s a small shop, there are never a million pets there at once, which makes for a peaceful environment. I look forward to bringing my pets here for years to come.

This was the luckiest find for our pet. A very low maintenence pet except it is recomended that he get hand stripped instead of groomed. Pretty much nobody in the area does this. We found Kassandra and paws of Enchantment by accident, we took our dog there, and afterwards, not only did he look fantastic, but he was very friendly to Kassandra even though she had spent over an hour stripping his fur. She has several dogs and really loves animals and it shows. I almost hate to recomend her because I don’t want the business to get so popular it’s hard to get an appointment! Seriously though, leaving your dog with a stranger all day can be tough, and the fact that our dog is always happy to see her and is happy and relaxed when we pick him up, and looks great is the absolute best recomendation a pet grooming business can be given in my opinion. Happy to give this place 5 stars!
