someone is just picking the phone up and hanging up right away, been going on the last 2 days. can’t communicate with anyone at this location. i complained to corporate. Need my RX filled… doc called it in yesterday… still don’t have it.

This has to be my worst experience ever. I went to go fill a prescription and they had only 1 line open so I’m standing in line with 7 sick people. I waited 20 min to fill my prescription they told me it would be 45 min I came back 1 hour later and they filled a prescription from 2 years ago I explain they made a mistake the guy told no! Your doctor screwed up ! I said if you look you guys have filled my scrips for last 2 years. Rather then give me the right script they took 20min to give me a refund. Walgreens is a big joke I will go to CVS or another place but never Walgreens. Worst customer service ever They don’t even deserve a star. The Manager was nice in Listening to my situation but I can tell thats as far as that went…
