The Cleaning Authority – Des Plaines

Received a cleaning service for a present from my husband. Called this one and everything seemed great when they came out to talk about the up coming services. They messed up my first day of cleaning and left me sitting at home only for me to call them and then tell me that they messed up the day. Fine, lets just reschedule for the next day
Then they came out. First of all they don’t tell you when you set up the initial cleaning that there is a 2 hour window of when they will arrive. TWO HOURS? Who can wait around that long.
The girls came in and asked what I would like cleaned… Umm the whole house like we had talked about. So they split up and each cleaned half.
The woman who cleaned the bathroom and bedrooms did a great job! The other one, not so much. She «cleaned» the kitchen for over an hour with me catching her in her phone multiple time and leaving the water running the WHOLE time she was «cleaning».
THen she proceeded to vacuum the house. Which was horrible. Nothing was moved, not even a chair. They tell you that the knickknacks will be moved and cleaned. Nope not done.
They also claim to be a green company but they use comet to clean the bathroom and NONE of their products have any sort of markings or labels on them. Kind of shady
Do yourself a favor and PLEASE use another company. Your house and wallet will thank you.

I would not recommend. They came once and did not clean half the things they said they would (for example the bathroom floors and the kitchen sink were not cleaned). I called to voice my concern with the job that was done and was told I would receive a call back which never happened. I decided to give the company another chance and they cancelled at the last minute. I know no company is perfect but the complete disregard for costumer service was really bizarre. It was like they didn’t even want our business.

do not use this company… the owner does not care if you have concerns/comments/complaints…he just told us to go somewhere else if we were not happy… i’m encouraging you to follow his advice… go somewhere else… and spread the word to your friends… this guy does not deliver services as promised…
