Sparkling Cleaning Service

I found Beltran on craigslist and contacted them on Monday (7÷16÷2) about cleaning for the coming Friday. The lady was nice on the phone, asked me what kind of a cleaning I needed, said she would have 4 people out on Friday at 4:45, it would take about 90 minutes, and normal price for a 2bed/​2bath apartment was $ 85 but they were running a special for $ 70. Great!
She called me on Friday at 4pm to confirm and 3 people showed up at 5pm. The man told us it would take about 50 minutes to an hour, so we just took a walk with our dog and sat outside our building for the last 15 minutes or so. The windows were open and we never heard the vacuum run. We thought that was weird but through maybe they vacuumed the living room earlier. We have all hard wood/​tile floors and many area rugs (plus animals) and I let the lady know this on the phone. So he calls us to say they are done, we come upstairs, we look around, all looks good so I pay him and give them a $ 20 tip, and they leave. My husband looks at our rugs, they were not vacuumed. You can still see dog hair! So I call the man who just left, he doesn’t pick up. I leave a message and text him. I call the owner (Diana), no answer. I text her to tell her they MISSED the below items:
Didn’t vacuum any rug (we have 12 in our apartment, small, medium, and large) and we had a Dyson Animal vacuum sitting in the 2^nd bedroom they could of used! I don’t think I saw them with a vacuum which makes me think they don’t vacuum.

The top of our stove
Vacuum or mop our coat front call coat closet (that is open)
Didn’t move our any furniture or our bikes to clean behind them (you coud see dust & dog hair behind/​under them)
They didn’t clean the bottom of our floor lamps (3 of them)
She texted me back a minute later saying she will call them immediately and call me back. It’s 3 days later and I have not heard from her. My husband and I have called and texted her multiple times. I want them to come back out and clean again for free or I want a refund. I have had many cleaning services in Chicago and I have NEVER had such a bad experience and bad customer service.
I was looking for a bi-​monthly cleaning service, I will NEVER use them again and I will make sure I tell many people how poor this company is!
