Lechner and Sons Uniform Rental

How do they stay in business? I guess too few people check the reviews before signing up. In our case we have floor mat rental. The company quotes one price and charges another. We are locked into a contract I so wish we could end. The product is poor to barely passable. The service is the same.

Thanks to Officer Sinkule of the Addison police department who contacted Lecner, I was just brought back the check and the invoice that had been in the outgoing mail envelope that Lechners’ driver picked up on September 18^th. This stamped envelope was for another company — NOT Lechner! Had it not been for Officer Sinkule I would probably still be waiting, as my attempts to recover the check were futile! Based on my experience with Lechner & Sons, my advice is to steer clear of these guys! They are not even worth a one star rating! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The best thing about this company is their delivery drivers. If it weren’t for Tony on Route #2, we probably wouldn’t be with this company, since we have had so many charges for damaged and lost uniforms that weren’t really damaged or lost. Still struggling to get our credits. Drivers get 5 stars, but overall I will only give it 3 stars.

Very poor service. Was told by the sales man that with all the tracking equipment and that because they are a smaller company service would be great. Well that not the case. From day one we have had problems they can’t seem to solve. We are an automotive repair service, we get dirty and need clean uniforms daily. For the last 3 weeks I have had to wear my regular close (and destroy them) to work in because the company lost some of my uniforms. That’s not supposed to happen because of the tracking system they use, so they say. Well it does. Now 3 weeks later I still don’t have replacements, so I called and was told they would send a message to someone and see if they had time MAYBE they would bring them to me. No one ever showed.
They are a poorly run company like so many others, once you sign the contract they won’t help you. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED UNIFORMS!

This has got to be the worst uniform company ever. My large company used Lechner and Sons for 2 contract terms, the first 3 years was so so, but once we signed the second 3 year contract thats when it got bad. Every week we were either missing uniforms of the uniforms would come back from the plant damaged and dirty. They would add charges to the bill at least twice a month that were over charges, I am sure a lot of companies don’t read every line item and they probably get away with it, but we caught almost every one. If you have an employee leave and you take those uniforms out of service, the driver will tell you that all of the uniforms are turned in and then the office will say that there was missing uniforms and charge you lots of money for them.
The worst part is that when we ended service after our contract had ended and told them our final day, they continued to show up for 3 more weeks and billed me for showing up even though we refused the driver to service us. Then when they finally picked up all of the uniforms the driver refused to count all of them in front of me, I had already counted them and knew they were all there but wanted him to do so. Well of course I was then sent a bill for missing uniforms and damaged uniforms, when they were all fine.
They sent me large statements for all of this and wouldn’t return any of my phone calls, emails or letters when I tried to talk to them. Brian Lechner is one of the biggest cowards I have ever met, he uses scum bag ambulance chaser lawyers and of course took me to court for the charges that I never really owed him, and would never return 1 email or phone call or pick up his phone.
This company will go down in flames because of there bad service and for ripping people off.
Don’t be one of their victims, stay far away from this company!
