I’ve been vaping for a few years and I’ve been to a bunch of vape shops in the area. It was awesome the first time I went and I keep going back. They got a good selection of mods, tanks and juice. The juice is awesome. The house line stuff is sooooooo good. The employees are good too. They know there stuff.

If I had to choose between snorting jaegermeister ecig juice for the rest of my life before every meal and paying the jabronis at FreECigs another dollar of my money I would be spending a lot of time in the ER for nicotine poisoning. If you’re looking for a battery that will break after 4 uses or a mod that will blow your dick off, look no further. If it wasn’t for the fact that they sell certain premium lines they would have 0 actual worth and hopefully sink into the ground around them. Thank Christ for Windy City Vapor or I’d probably just vape dry cotton instead of giving my hard earned cash to these goombas.

Recently when back there and the service just isn’t as the same as it use to be when they first started out. Level of customer service has dropped and still only carry house juices. The house juices aren’t bad but I might as well make it myself or pay for premium juice instead of spending it on mediocre house blends. Oh yah and no authentics. all clones but hey, clones aren’t always bad! it just be nice to see some authentics

Best B&M ive been to yet! These guys definitely know there shit about everything vape related and it shows. Great prices on everything from egos to mechs! All there liquids are made in house and super cheap. They hold clouds contests and giveaways on the last friday of each month and its such a great time. Stop by for all your vaping needs!

They have everything you need here to vape and accessories! Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I came in with issues with my Nautilus and Kevin helped me fix the issue which we found was bad coils. He set up my tank and afterwards I was able to sample a bunch of their homemade juices by another one of their incredibly knowledgeable staff.
I just found my go to vape shop!

I’ve been to most of the ecig stores in the area and this store by far has some of the best flavors. Vanilla Custard and Snake Venom are the best! They have great customer service and are always happy to help you out. I’ll be coming here religiously until I move and even then I’ll be ordering their juice online

I have been into this store twice now and both times I was impressed. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They have a wide variety of flavors and every flavor is available to sample before you purchase. After coming to this store I do not think I will ever go elsewhere. I was extremely impressed and satisfied!

I was recommended to this store by a friend and I’m glad I ended up coming in.
The customer service is excellent! The guys behind the counter are very knowledgable with everything there is to know about vaping and are very helpful and nice. They are very great at helping out the beginner vaper and even the experienced. They answer all questions and are honest with everything.
The parking and this location is perfect! There is plenty of parking along the street. I have never needed to walk more than 3 store fronts to get to the store.
Overall, I’ve returned to this store at least 10 times since I’ve been here my first time about 2 months ago. Their flavors are amazing and I’m more than just satisfied with the way things are at this store. If you haven’t been here yet, I suggest you go and try them out, you won’t walk out unsatisfied!

I first walked into FreE-​Cigs without really knowing what I was looking for. I had recently quit smoking but still missed the social aspect and still needed something to do in circumstances where I would normally smoke. Kevin was busy at the moment, but James, after finishing with another customer, gave his undivided attention to answer all of my questions and help me decide what I should start with.
Everything I asked was met with an answer that left no doubt as to the knowledge James had about every product in the store and what would work best with how and when I would vape. I had seen videos of the many mods and I rebuildables available, and initially this is what I thought I’d walk out with. However, after great conversation with James, and some input from Kevin, I decided on the starter Evod with the Weisenheimer E-​liquid and a pack of 1.8 ohm coils. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and experience at FreE-​Cigs
My experience was more than I could ask for. I have since been back quite a few times and the experience only grows. Kevin and James have no problems with answering any questions and radiate their passion in each customer interaction from beginners to the experienced. They also expand my own knowledge with every visit.
I am still using the Evod starter kit and another similar product and have yet to take my vape to the next level, but when I do, FreE-​Cigs is where I will go.

Great prices, great service, great people. Helpful and beyond friendly. Has a juice bar where you can try every flavor. Recommendations are thoughtfully given, but in no way are they not trying to push the products on you. Detailed explanations on how they make their own juice in house, and how to use your new products. Will be a repeat customer. Hooked on this stuff!
