I called around and found these guys on Unilocal.Reviews were ok but I took the chance anyway. When I called them Andrew was very professional and courteous. They sent a guy and he was on time and very knowledgeable about my situation. He went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done well. I would definitely recommend Dryer Vent Cleaners to anyone!

Don’t waste your time. I had 3 scheduled appointments with 3 no shows, 2 without even a phone call.
I bought an Amazon Local deal for these guys and was all set to have my furnace, A/​C, and vents cleaned at 4pm on a Saturday. I got a call at 4:05pm (5 minutes after they were supposed to be here) saying that their truck was in an accident at 8am and they weren’t going to make it. I completely understand that things out of anyone’s control happen, but it’s pretty terrible customer service to wait until after you were supposed to be on the job to cancel when you knew 8 hours beforehand.
So we reschedule for a few days later — a weekday night this time, and again they don’t show. This time they don’t call either. I called them and Andrew (the owner?) says that when he rescheduled from the previous no-​show, he forgot to write it down and wasn’t coming. Fine. Mistakes happen, so we reschedule again for later in the week. The day comes, and again they don’t come and don’t call. This time they don’t answer their phones or return messages the day of or the following day. I called Amazon and got a refund. A complete waste of my time.
