I returned here again because I had a gift card. I found a nice variety of ‘things’ that I couldn’t live without. It only took me about 20 minutes to spend my gift card, but I’m glad we stopped in. Store was very busy and messy and generally overcrowded with ‘stuff’ making aisles hard to move through. 10 days before Christmas will do that. We encountered the same salesperson a couple of times who was very nice. He offered to get us a shopping cart even though he was clearly swamped with his own work. Will be back if I receive another gift card. BB&B still can’t beat Amazon’s prices. I’ll take shopping from the quietness of my own home over the craziness of shopping in-store any day.

My Braava robot inexplicably died today. I called iRobot, who basically told me I was outta luck and wanted me to eat another $ 300 to replace the unit. Ridiculous, really. I mean, come on: it doesn’t do anything but roll around on the floor. It’s not like the thing was broken because it failed a lethal iRobot obstacle course. So, I called this Bed Bath & Beyond(where I bought my Braava). I told the clerk what my problem was, and without having to explain myself further, she said, «Just bring it in and we’ll replace it for an identical unit.» It was awesome. Thanks for helping me out where iRobot failed miserably.

This is a five star Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I don’t know if this chain is really a five star chain. However, sure is a popular place to register for weddings, so I figure it can’t only be full of just the small stuff I tend to buy there(e.g. seasonal decorations and«as seen on TV» items”.) I love the coupons here(usually 20 percent off one item). I saw on CNBC the coupons were causing a problem for the company, since no one wants to pay full price for anything there and they wait for the coupon instead. I can’t believe they did not see that coming, but, hey, that’s me. I love discounts. On this visit I was buying a wedding gift. I got the printed registry, but I pretty much knew I needed an item that was available in the store and within a certain price range. I could not locate the item, but a man came over and checked the stock. He located it on a top shelf and had another guy get a couple, presumably one for future customers, down to eye level. The woman at the register was also very friendly and told me the whole process. How to pick out an item or order it, how they take the name off the registry, and where the free wrapping area was located. She taped the gift receipt to the box for me because«a lot of people buy something online, but do not take it off the registry». Overall, I got great service at this store and was very happy with my gift purchase.

I went in this weekend to purchase a gift for my friend’s bridal shower, as she had her registry here. First I was just looking around for about 15 minutes looking for the items myself. I then tried to ask for help, but couldn’t find anyone around. Finally I asked a woman about an item and she said«we don’t have that in store» and she just walked away. I then went back up to her to ask her about other items on the registry and she realized that and printed me the registry, but when I was asking her questions she kept answering the phone and was really too busy to answer any questions. I then tried to find an item that I wanted to purchase for the shower, and ended up finding something. Once I got up to the register after waiting in line for a while, I asked the cashier to double check if the item was correct, and it wasn’t. I explained to him that I couldn’t find anyone to help me and the woman that I spoke to wouldn’t help me locate any of the items. The cashier next to him said something like«we don’t have anyone here to help you.»(Because they’re so busy and under staffed) Usually I don’t write bad reviews, I usually like to review places that I really enjoy and love, but I had a terrible experience shopping here. I ended up leaving the store and not purchasing anything and I ordered the items online. I am currently engaged and have been thinking about where to have a registry and I will definitely not be choosing Bed, Bath, and Beyond. In the future if anyone I know is registered here I will probably purchase items online or just get them something else. Although I wouldn’t say it’s the store employee’s fault, the company has to stop cutting back on weekend employees if it’s so busy.

This store is stale! It reminds me of the shopping up north in Wisconsin. You can go every ten years and the merchandise is still the same. I was disappointed in the selection of outdoor summer items. Everything seemed to be furniture or grilling junk. They should take a lesson from stores like Target that are always changing up their items. It makes it more fun to shop there more frequently.

Great store. Friendly staff, but they also didn’t hound me with hellos like some places. I hate that, having to say hi 37 tines as I walk through the store. The store was in pretty decent shape considering all the little crap they have. Some shelves needed to be faced. Other than that great experience, it’s hard not to buy something there.

I needed a gift for a bridal shower and had a few coupons for BB&B and wound up here. The front customer service was all busy when i walked in checking out customers so I just used my phone to browse the registry instead of having them print it. While I was looking for stuff, one of the guys working on the floor ended up helping me locate an item and offered to print out the registry. I skipped printing out the registry because I had found what I wanted but he did write down the registry number for me so I could give it to the cashier when I went to checkout. He was very helpful!

I was reminded today why I don’t shop here. I went in for a broiler pan — a relatively simple thing to find at a housewares store, no? Once I was able to navigate my way through the plethora of carts full of random merchandise strewn throughout the store, I finally found the cookware section. Upon scouring the area, I found one broiler pan. One. It wasn’t even in any sort of packaging, nor was it priced, just had a random plastic wrapping around it, as if it were placed back on the shelf after it had been returned. I tried to find a staff member to give me the price, or find another, but only found one other staff member anywhere on the floor — and he was helping another customer. Alas, I purchased the pan — for which I got pricing at the register. But, vowed to never return to this store. Unorganized, messy, no staff to be found, and overall outdated and unstylish merchandise. I probably would have been better off at Target.

I do love BB&B for things I never knew I needed. Take care to be sure the items you are buying with those 10−20% coupons are actually cheaper(with tax) than the same items on Amazon Prime for zero shipping. The service seems to be all or nothing here. Either I have people asking me every aisle if I need help, or I am wandering 5 – 6 blocks looking for help
