The owner of the company(Anthony Rawlings) responded to my customer service email with personal digs and was, in general, unprofessional. He was geared towards demeaning potential customers or mocking them, rather than resolving issues and moving past them. I posted my email and the response on social media(to see if I was out of line). The response was overwhelmingly against the owner’s tone, including one person who did not agree with my reasoning but still responded with«I don’t personally agree with a lot of your perspectives, but that guy’s letter is [expletive deleted] horrible. What an [expletive deleted]. You’re definitely better off.» I personally agree with this assessment and we’ve gone with another company and glad for it!
